These are new builds I made in my days playing Smite. I always felt that the ADC role was always too traditional in a sense. Almost every ADC has the same build more or less. So I experimented with a few hunters and items to find new builds for the ADC role. IF you guys have any new builds or items you want me to try out, then leave a comment or message me.
Now lets get to my builds.
Mostly tested with
Ah Muzen Cab, but can work with any hunter with an attack speed steroid like
Ullr or
Rama.
The first three items are all dependent on you. I usually go
Warrior Tabi,
Asi, and
The Executioner. An absolute need on this build are the underused items of
Golden Bow and
Odysseus' Bow. These items (I feel like anyway) are just used for clear and for certain gods. Together though, groups of enemies are shredded in mere seconds (That is why you get penetration early). A hunter's range makes it even more viable. You become the damage dealer of the team by a longshot. Once the enemy team notices the major amount of damage you deal to all of them, one of two things happen:
1) They start to focus you a ton more.
2) They separate from each other.
Usually the second one happens a lot more. Because of this you can easily focus on one god at a time. But if the first one happens, not to worry. Beads exist for a reason and they will usually focus you in a group, which is a big mistake to make.
This works extremely well in Arena, but I have yet to test this in Conquest. My guess is that you would need to roam to the fights instead of farming mid game-ish.
You can also get the combo of bows early for better clear and if you plan to do that, start with the lightning bow first.
I know that this has been done before, but let me show you my build for it.
I would recommend hunters that can use their abilities to their full extent like
Neith,
Ullr, or even
Hou Yi (If you get the stuns in anyway).
As long as the hunter has some form of CC better than a slow it should work.
An ABSOLUTE must for this is
Transcendence. This is either your first or second item to get, and must get stacked ASAP.
Warrior Tabi instead of
Ninja Tabi because we are mostly focusing on our abilities anyway. Then
Jotunn's Wrath for the power and CDR. Your next item should either be a penetration item or
Odysseus' Bow It might sound a little bit weird to have an attack speed item with an ability based hunter, but they are still hunters. Besides, its the passive that makes it viable. When your abilities are on a cooldown (and believe me it will), you are still left with your basics. With the passive I have been able to land 110+ damage with each single bolt.
Brawler's Beat Stick works well as a last item. (The passive is a great bonus no matter the matchups)
