The issue with this build is that you're severely lacking in penetration/protection reduction. For a standard ADC, this would be The Executioner, and you could also consider flat pen (such as The Crusher) earlier in the build (less so as last item). Pen is an absolutely core stat, and is important against both squishy and tanky gods.
The other problem (current state of items) is you're combining ability based ( Soul Eater) with basic attack items ( Poisoned Star, Deathbringer). You're almost always best committing to one OR the other.
In the case where you prefer more ability based, you would keep Soul Eater and Transcendence, perhaps build The Crusher earlier, and add in something like Jotunn's Wrath, and finish late with Titan's Bane (the strong pen item for ability users). This would get you to 40% CDR which is great for a physical ability-based build. Grab the red buff when possible, and you're set.
If you want to go basic attack, Poisoned Star isn't considered a strong item currently. If you DO build it, consider it late as a 3rd crit item only would be my suggestion. A full basic-attack build (if you want to keep Trans) would probably go something like this: Ninja Tabi, Transcendence, Rage, The Executioner, Deathbringer. Finish that up with other items like Ichaival.
Finally, you have a better hybrid option. Get rid of Soul Eater though. Fail-Not provides CDR, while also providing crit, and it's considered a strong item. If you go this route, you have options, but you'll still want to combine with Ninja Tabi, The Executioner and Deathbringer as core items.
Hope this gives you a better idea of what is needed in your build to make it more well-rounded.
