About Bakasura and me

Hi! I am FacelessDoom, and this is my first ever guide. You can comment below about my mistakes. I've been playing smite since 21th march 2014. Also I am the only one in the family to play a lot of MOBA games :P. Bakasura is the god who has his huge black face hidden with a small red cloak. Along with light blue/cyan skin and his hands as blades. He has an appetite for human meat. Playing Bakasura is never easy, since he is very squishy early game and he is melee, which makes him more hard to even harass enemies early game. That is the reason why Bakasura relies on going to jungle. Remember, only good players can lane using Bakasura.

Pros / Cons

Fun to play.
Huge black face.
Butcher Blades has a great physical power passive. Pops out true damage like a burnt popcorn if activated.
Reurgitate is a great slow and gives you AoE attacks instead of single target damage. Don't forget it also pops out small Baka clones based on how many minions you eaten and a 1.5 second CC immunity.
Take Down is a great chase and escape mechanism.

Squishy, VERY squishy.
only 1 Damaging spell, which is Take Down.
No hard crowd control.
An easy target to heavy spellcasters. Like Hel, Bacchus, Zeus, etc.

Skills

Insatiable Hunger (Passive)

A pretty good passive for Bakasura to jungle or lane. For each minion killed by either using physical attacks or skills or items grants Bakasura 10% Movement and attack speed.

Take Down

A great chasing skill or escape mechanism. Don't forget any Enemies stomped by this skill takes damage. You can also use this to stomp any Enemy god on low health.

Eat MinionsEat MinionsEat MinionsEat MinionsEat MinionsEat MinionsEat Minions

Use this skill carefully! It may heal you and you gain a protections buff, but it costs alot of mana and Bakasura's mana hungry!.

Butcher Blades

A best skill for Bakasura. The passive gives you out small physical power. When activated, it deals damage like a woman on her period.

Regurgitate

A great slow, and an access to cone attacks. A 1.5 second CC immunity. Pairing this up with Butcher Blades and Enfeebling Curse has a guarranteed 90% chance to kill.

Items

Death's Troll. A lane starter item for Bakasura. Useless, sometimes help.
Bumba's Mask. A jungle starter item for Bakasura. Only MP5 is useful. You gain 10% max minion HP for each minion kill.
Warrior Tabi. A warrior/assassin's standard item. Not much to say.
Deathbringer. Deathbringer is a MUST for bakasura. As his Regurgitate + Butcher Blades grants higher AoE crit. These are still useful even your Butcher Blades or Regurgitate is in cooldown.
Heartseeker. A really useful item if you rely on farming. The jungle is the best place to feed Heartseeker.
Asi. You should really replace Death's Toll with Asi now. If you have alot of damage. Then Asi will be useful.
Brawler's Beat Stick. The reason why I prefer Brawler's Beat Stick over Jotunn's Wrath is Brawler's Beat Stick has extra 9+ physical penetration. And Bakasura Relies on his Physical Attacks. Along with 40% reduced healing and HP5.
Shifter's Shield. Shifter's Shield gives you out alot of physical power at 50%+ HP. And extra protections at 50%- HP. Not only that, Shifter's Shield Also helps on Bakasura's armor problems.
Girdle on inner power. The ingredient to Bakasura's kill combo.
Enfeebling curse. A great slow, along with attack slow. Combining this with Regurgitate has guaranteed no escape.
Hand of thy gods. Combined with Bumba's Mask, You gain easy farm and 20%/30% HP in no time.

Creeping / Jungling

DESIRED BUFFS

At early game, you should ask anyone to help you with the RED or YELLOW buff, then go back to your farming or jungling. the RED buff is useful to farm quicker due to the extra damage.
the YELLOW buff makes you faster, and farm way faster. Make sure you ask your teammates to reach level 2 before you can farm yourself.

Here is the map for all the buffs.

Team Work

TEAM WORK/FIGHTS[/center

In teamfights Bakasura should hide in any side of the jungle and choose the squishiest one to be damaged by Butcher Blades. Beware so, since you might be focused easily. Just remember to use your Reurgitate Wisely.

Thanks for the feedback, Greenevers! I'm just new and a bit goofy at making a guide.

I like the nice effort on your first guide!

The build is not that bad, pretty much on point. I suggest you keep your items in order. So like Warrior Tabi before Deathbringer. Since there is no order listed, it is always nice to have a guideline.

I am guessing you don't know too much about BB Coding, but most likely have taken the format from someone else of the BB Coding Guide. That's fine, and it looks fine too! I do suggest that you keep the Pros and Cons titled, not just color-coded, and try to keep them taking the same amount of space so it doesn't look odd. A good idea would be to shorten the pros list a bit. Keep it shorter if you want. Columns self-align themselves, so if you had a title for each column, it would look really weird.

You should probably explain the skills a bit more and for what exact situation you should use it for or what to keep in mind while using it. I do think you should add a Teamwork section too.

Most of the item explanations are okay, but you should probably use columns to seperate all those jumbled up icons and texts. This should work:

[columns.]
[nextcol=50*]Warrior Tabi.
[nextcol width=10.]
[nextcol]A warrior/assassin's standard item. Not much to say.[/columns]

I am just getting into using columns and all so if someone gives you better advice, by all means listen to them. And also, you don't explain all your starter items like Death's Toll or Bumba's Mask, incase you accidentally forgot.

I feel your jungling section is just there. It's not really explaining much other than a simple route early game for jungling. If you want to keep a jungling guide part of this guide, definitely expand it and explain a lot more.

I'm sorry but I'll have to downvote. This guide lacks many things and seems like it was jumbled up without much revision before publishing. It misses teamplay, doesn't explain much, no combo's explained if there are any, and not sure where your 90% chance of killing someone comes from in Regurgitate. o.o Doesn't make sense. If you fix anything or update this, I will gladly re-review it.
