He is a very good support/high damage assasin

His ultimate has very good potential to combo with others and easy to pick off squishy mages/hunters late/mid game

Hi Vad.

Most of your item choices look ok, but I have some disagreements with a few.
1) I don't like Transcendence on Fenrir in arena and joust. In arena, it's just tough to build the stacks because you have to split the minion wave with 4 others allies (and Fenrir has bad wave clear). In Joust, a hunter or mage should have more priority in killing the minions to get their stacks first.

2) Fenrir relies on his abilities, so Hastened Katana is out of place on him.

3) Consider putting the Hydra's Lament a bit earlier in the build.

So maybe try this out for a full damage build:
Warrior Tabi
Jotunn's Wrath
Hydra's Lament
The Crusher
Brawler's Beat Stick
Void Shield or Magi's Cloak

Consider Titan's Bane if enemies are building defensive items or if the support is building Sovereignty or Gauntlet of Thebes.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

If you're ahead it wouldn't be that bad to consider Trans in Joust for Fenrir, after all you do get stacks from kills, as well as clearing camps.

This build is much better than the one author provided. You should make in depth guide. I sometimes go instead of crusher for Masamune 50 strength and movement speed may help you chase down or runaway also passive doesn't hurt. For relics i tend to go for Blink and/or horrific.
What would be you're opinion on lifesteal? Blood could come on handy with that 75 str plus passive may save ure life?

I do have an in depth guide on fenrir. Feel free to check it out and tell me what you think :)
Bloodforge can work fine in a damage build EspeciAlly due to the passive health shield.

Obviously the OP's build, having Ninja Tabi and Hastened on Fenrir isn't great.

I'm curious as to why he skips that point in Ragnarok at level 5.

You're right. That skill order needs improvement
