Hello Miguel, builds need work IMO. The Executioner is just not a strong item right now, especially when you're combining it with Titan's, which is also not the best-suited item for him.

Your 2nd build has major issues. If you're building around Qin's, you want WAY more attack speed than you're getting. Don't know why you would choose Warrior over Ninja in that situation, and Jotunn's is also questionable. If you're looking for a good build with CDR, you should probably consider Fail-Not and a crit-based build.

At this time, these builds are not recommended.

Hi Miguel,

These builds look much better. My comment was from back in Season 7, and obviously there have been some massive changes since then.

Attack speed build:
  • Your attack speed build looks okay. Right now, Death's Toll isn't the strongest item, but it's being used the right way here, with high base attack speed to get as many procs as possible. In that build, you're building slightly past the cap, which isn't awful, but also means you might consider building 1 item differently.

  • One thing you might try is delaying lifesteal earlier, and picking up Bloodforge late instead of Asi, or skipping lifesteal altogether, because you'll get the sustain from DT / DE.

  • Another option is stacking lifesteal early by switching Trans to Devo's. That was actually a very popular combo until DT got nerfed.

  • You could of course go with one of the other starters, though in a Qin's (non-crit) build I personally wouldn't go Arrow. You might try Leather Cowl into Trans or Dom and adjust the build as needed from that point.

  • Also, you can consider delaying Odysseus' Bow. DT, Trans, Ninja, Asi, Exe, Qin's, O-Bow maybe.
Crit build:
  • Almost everything here is the current meta. You would consider switching the build locations of Exe and Wind. You could also consider going Wind into DB, and then getting Exe, if you're facing a squishier enemy team comp.

  • And while I do still like Berserker's Shield, it is currently considered to be on the weak side. You might instead opt for a 3rd crit item or even pick up a late Qin's Sais (though Qin's passive and crits don't directly interact).
