If you want a decent ADC build then use: Start: Gilded Arrow, Spiked Gauntlet, 4 Healing Potions start (or 3 Health 1 Multi), and build: Devourer's Gauntlet, Ninja Tabi, The Executioner, Wind Demon, Deathbringer, upgrade Gilded to Ornate Arrow, and buy Elixir of Speed and sell your shoes lategame (e.g. for Dominance, Qin's Sais, Poisoned Star etc...)
Now, Hachiman is probably the only god that can get away with Leather Cowl as a starter, and not build into Transcendence or Dominance, due to his passive MP5.
But yeah, this build is extremely lacking in an early power spike of any kind. Ninja Tabi is fine to complete as a first item, but when you look at Devourer's Gauntlet or Transcendence stackers, you're just missing out on damage potential.
The next item after Tabi is Odysseus' Bow, which also has 0 power. Then this person mixes a 0 power item with 3 crit items, only one of which (the last one) has any sort of penetration in it. Crits increase in damage based on power, so mixing 0 power with crit isn't typically suggested if you want to get the most out of it.
The build lacks a major pen item (usually The Executioner, and doesn't describe any Tabi replacements.
Basically, this isn't a good build as it is lacking some core components. Definitely not suggested.
