This build is kind of SUS,

There’s a lot of problems with this build. For one you are overcapping cool down by a mile, cool down only goes to 40%, you have 70%+ so I would recommend chilling with the cdr. Also two defense items especially the two that you got isn’t the smartest idea because of the fact that Anubis has a very low health pool causing the defenses effectiviness to significantly drop. So when buying a defense item I would recommend that defense item have something more that will help you with survivability like health or something to that effect.

Also you need more pen only having Spear of Desolation for pen isn’t enough I would highly recommend going Spear of the Magus as well.

Last but not least you should replace Warrior Tabi with Shoes of the Magi.

I hope you go through and fix this build because right now it isn’t looking to hot.

You've overcapped CDR by 30%!!! The max CDR you can get is 40%.

As-is, this is just a terrible build, no offense. You're missing the key damage item for him, which is Spear of the Magus. You're getting a lifesteal CDR item ( Pythagorem's Piece), which is not necessarily bad for him, but when you've got too much CDR, is terrible. The more common lifesteal is going to be Bancroft's Talon + Typhon's Fang.

Protections aren't a bad idea for him, but typically you'll get something like Mantle of Discord (but that ALSO has CDR). So you really need to drop those protections (BoV and Genji's). BoV can be a direct replacement for Chronos' Pendant in extreme situations where you're getting destroyed by physical gods, but otherwise, you want to give your damage potential the boost it deserves, by getting as few items with 0 power as possible.

Your item choices need some work.

The Breastplate of Valor and Genji's Guard combo is bad on Anubis.
You should only get those items in extreme cases (vs all physical enemies or all magical enemies).
The better defensive option would be Mantle of Discord. You can add Warlock's Staff on there for more effective health.

You are missing core items on Anubis. Spear of the Magus and Bancroft's Talon.

Warrior Tabi needs to be replaced with Shoes of the Magi.
