Rush golden blade and build one health and mana so you can quick clear using 2 abilities to invade buffs quicker. Then build boots hastened then you can build the crusher or asi, asi if your ahead crusher if only slightly ahead asi if you have a 1 - 2 level lead.Build jotuns wrath as the sixth item after selling assassin blessing. either keep golden blade or sell it for mantle of discord.
Tap each threat level to view Arachne’s threats
Take speed, xp them mana if solo lane comes to help leave mana early but do enough damage. go for mid harpy's if their jungle is mid / 3 quarter health or below throw your spiders on them and use your venomous bite for a free kill if they try to contest the harpys if they leave take harpys and invade their red buff with your mid laner. if you get first blood farm till 1500 then back for golden blade and farm near solo and dual lane ganking when they over extend to extend your lead.
Stay close with your team and try to blink in and get a pick on the adc mage or enemy jungle using ultimate to get out or let your guardian engage picking off any squishies while they are affected by cc then making it a 5 v 4 or a 5 v 3 in your favour if all goes well from you snow balling make sure to aim for a surrender or a mid/ late game win not letting the enemy get ahead with farm. also ganking mid and dual lane is more beneficial giving them kills or assists and extra farm putting their mid and dual lanes behind giving even more pressure.

You need items like Qin's Sais in your build if you are committing to AA.
You're too squishy for a jgler.
Fix your title. It's misleading.

With the use of both Golden Blade and Hastened Katana at the 1st and 3rd item locations, you might just consider getting rid of Warrior Tabi altogether, as you'll have 20% MS from those two items. That'll allow you to move more quickly into the rest of your kit, and free a spot for something else (like Stone Cutting Sword, which you might actually want to consider instead of Hastened Katana, or at least delay Hastened until later).
In a basic attack build where you're committing to Hastened, as Gary mentions, you probably don't want Jotunn's Wrath in there...and you are missing on 1 or 2 key basic attack items...namely Qin's Sais and The Executioner.
Finally, your build order is massively screwed up. You don't want to prioritize Web. Your damage isn't going to come from that, it's going to come early game from Venomous Bite, which also is your best source of early health sustain. I have no clue why you wouldn't level this first.
Then your second priority is Cocoon. Maxing that in the mid-game after Bite will coincide with you getting key DPS items (re: Qin's Sais, which you're completely missing from the build).
Night Crawler doesn't need to be prioritized before Bite, other than the 1 point at level 5.
And finally, your skill leveling also puts 6 points into Bite and 4 into your ult. That needs to be fixed.
As such, this whole build is just not nearly optimal. It needs fixing.
