Upgrading my PC

So I have been planing to upgrade my rig for a while now and today I finally got my parts. So tomorrow my friend is coming over and we are going to put it all together. Im always to nervous to do it alone lol

So it is nice to have friends that work with building PCs for a living :)

Got a new motherboard:
MSI Z370-A Pro, Socket-1151

New CPU:
Intel Core i7-8700K Prosessor

Some new RAM:
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2666MHz 16GB

And a new CPU cooler:
Corsair Hydro Series H60 CPU cooler

Planning to do a complete reinstall of Windows as well.
Going to be nice with a fresh start :)

No GPU? Ya gonna have some trouble without one of those.

Already got a decent GPU:
MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming X

So dont think I need to upgrade that atm.

Think this is the stuff I got now (on the phone atm. just looking at my order history).

MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition, Socket-1150

CPU:
Intel Core i5-4690K Prosessor

RAM:
HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 16GB

Guess I needed an update more than you =P

So sad, kids = no new computer.

Nice, always feels good to upgrade.

So we managed to break one of the screws to the CPU cooler.




But I'm getting the screws replaced, so untill then Ill make due with 3 screws :)

It's all good, just keeping an eye on the CPU temp.
