Unfortunately, this is a 3rd party site and not directly affiliated with Hi-Rez / Titan. Complaints about it here are unlikely to be seen by HR employees. They ARE active on Reddit, and so they've probably already seen this complaint. I doubt it's something they're likely to change.
Ah... I see what you mean now, yup, that's pretty bad, can't disagree. Hopefully they'll do some changes after they notice all the complaints, but probably not. :(

Well we're in the really ****ty era of lootboxes in games these days and while everyone hates them, people keep buying them to try and get the one or two things they actually want. The best way to get them to stop using this system of rewards is by not buying them.
