So...how can I increase my PS4 ranking with

And in that (last) match, we almost pulled off a 4 v 5 win...our only magical god was a no-show.

Now let me explain. Yes, I realize we have 3 assassins and 4 physical gods. I'd called Jungle, and then the Loki guy chose but (so nice for once) didn't auto-lock (OMG wow!)...so I stayed as because F him, and waited to see what else would transpire.

The time's ticking down, and chooses, but the "Glad" person is still blank. So I start thinking, hmmm, maybe I'll be saved from this match (like another match isn't going to have autolockers and whatnot, lol to me).

Lo and behold, in the LAST FREAKING SECOND, chooses and locks in. I have ZERO TIME to choose another god. *sigh*

And see, it's sort of nice for a change to play a jungler. When I play on PC with the clan, everyone else usually chooses damage gods, and I get stuck with tanks…

So as some of you might know, I'm an aspiring game designer, majoring in CS & Game Design at University right now. Last weekend I did a game jam - an event where you make a game for a period of time with other people, in this case it was a 48 hour one. Soooo yeah, here's a game I made with some peeps, just thought I'd share because idk games are cool :P

Probably the meta for season 4

So, season 4 is a thing

Season four has brought a major change in the meta with the entire jungle spawning at 30 seconds. I see this as an opportunity to switch up the buff meta. Instead, I would reccomend going to your lane, with the jungler going to either mid or solo lane (team's choice).

One thing that you should do is consider the new purple buff, it now provides penetrations within an area, this will be a major burgle oppertunity for the jungler, providing a huge buff to the mid or solo lane along with ganking and boxing potential.

Another thing to consider are the Goldies and the Portal daemon. Those two objectives change the entire game very quickly to make the game more one-sided. Goldies give a bit of gold, and if you kill both of them you gain vision over the Gold Fury. The Portal daemon provides instant teleportation between the fountain and the Fire giant, as of right now this hugely affects the game, because you can travel both ways through the portal, nearly removing …

Oh god...Where have I been?

Um....Hey!
Trust me, I can explain why I've been so absent for a good while.

I kinda lost motivation, for a good while. I might start trying to update my guides as Season 4....hits...

OH COME ON HI-REZ! Ugh, I'll have to explain in another post but first let's focus on yours truely shall we? I mean the other reason why is that I honestly just wanted to focus on my education and try and push through it whilst not trying to slam my head against a wall hard.

I mean I've kinda went away from all the other well known SF guys...The only one who I really talked too was Stuke and even then it was barely a few words.

So in all honesty I'll try and be more active and attempt to update my guides if my body feels like typing.

Just wanted to post an update to what's happening with my writing. My new guide is on hold until I figure out the season 4 starting meta and my favorite itemizations, rest of it is ready for publishing. My guide is also having updates halted until I figure out some good itemizations for him in addition to the meta for the roles I'm including.

Also since people have rudely downvoted my guide when I requested no votes I'm going to be archiving that one and starting fresh with new votes/views, since at this point my old guide will likely never make it to the front page again. Old guide will include massive link to the new one since it's still at the top of a lot of related google searches.

So yeah, I'm not dead and I'm still working. Expect some great things soon :)

Today begins a lil' project. I have six diamond rank gods so far, and I aim to write a guide for each of the gods that I have gotten to this rank. Hopefully my guides will improve the more I do. Currently, Aphrodite is looking to be my 7th Diamond who is currently on Mastery 5...hm...

A nice, simple setup with my most comfortable god works well even with my somewhat janky aiming. In that first linked match, it's good to see I can do well (57k dmg lol) against regulars (level 30s with 50% or higher win rates)...but holy **** if I still can't carry a team...that 3rd match (Conquest) was a surrender (the other 4 voted, I didn't, *sigh*).

I looked up at a certain point and was like "16-1 WTF?!?" Fed to all hell. 3 teammates at levels 9 and 10 by the time I hit level 20...

And of course, I have other games like these (sorry, newbie). Seriously no consistency. Oh well. I'm a quarter through level 11 now! (Slowly but surely)

Anchor BBCoding?

Like the title says, how does the anchor code actually work? It's for my guide so it makes it easier to navigate. Just where and how do I put it in at the end? And which one?

Like does "anchor=Pros / Cons" go at the end of the 'Base Stats' chapter?

SAVAGE. Aptly named, as it destroyed whatever controls I was starting to get used to. My god. I don't know how many times last night that I scrambled and hit a stupid relic button when meaning to use an ability.

I don't know how many seconds it added while I had to remember how to level a skill.

And why is relic #1 X, and relic #2 square, where in the standard setup, skill #1 is square, and skill #2 is X? KEEP A CONSISTENT ORDER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, HI-REZ!!!

I know it'll take time, and I know it's the better control option. But I don't have to like it right now.

So other than that horrible Assault match as (and oh hey, check out the teams... 4 level 30s w/ a 5 man team and an average SGS of ~2,500 vs a variety of mostly under 30 miscreants averaging around 1,600 SGS...yup, good matchup...and hey team, you should STAY in my circle, cuz you know...it HEALS you, and you're HURT...
