Me & Smite/Gaming

So ever since I came back from my trip to Australia I never played Smite like I used to. I dunno why, it's just... lost it's excitement I guess.... Some of you might have noticed (probably not) but you won't be seeing me on Smite anymore. Only to check out some patches I guess.

Of course I will stay on Smitefire, cuz you guys are just that awesome (with an exception of a few idiots who necro and post dumb things -_-).

I've also noticed I lost interest in most games. Again, I dunno why. I got like 20 games in my steam library, but none of them interests me like they used to. Now I'm kinda looking for hobbies other than table tennis (#say no to tha haters). It's a lot harder than I expected tbh....

A straightforward blog I'm typing up here. Basically what happened is that I changed my username from "Greenevers" to "GreenP5". Why?

1. Green"evers" sounds kinda weird.
2. P5 is from MP5/HP5.
3. Sounds kinda cool.

What I want to ask you is do you like the name change? Do you like it so much I should make a new account and leave this one behind (lel no)? Should I try and change my other gaming accounts/profiles/e-mails? Overall what ya'll think.

I'm thinking I'll keep this forum acc the same unless an admin can magically change it and make my further gaming accounts GreenP5.

One year anniversary

So yeah, today marks my one year anniversary since I registered for these SmiteFire forums. I've been coming here longer than a year to check out guides, but a year ago today is when I decided to join the forums for discussions and shiz.

It's been a pretty fun year. I'm not the most social person here on SmiteFire in terms of having fun stories about playing matches with others around here or anything. I've never written a guide here, and I don't think I ever will. It took me a few months before I felt I was truly a part of this community, but SmiteFire has become a fun place to discuss this game and various other topics, so hopefully I am considered a decent part of this community.

Though, of course, what makes SmiteFire the fun place it is is the people. We may not have a **** ton of active members constantly posting, but those who do really do make this community a fun place to stay. So, might as well give some shout outs in honor of these people that make this community so fun:

Ah yes, the sweet flowers of moe are in full bloom. 'Tis Spring time here in Australia. We have gone form a **** ton of rain to a **** ton of a rain and a **** ton of sun simultaneously. It works because Australia.

But, there's more than just flowers and no leaves on the tree outside my house that Spring brings, with Spring comes the one and only ALPHA SAPPHIRE AND OMEGA RUBY HYYYYYYYYYYPE. Perhaps you guys didn't know, but Pokemon Sapphire just so happened to be my very first Pokemon game as well as my very first handheld videogame as a whole. I remember oh so very fondly being stuck at the very start of the game between Petalburg and Rustboro City having no clue in how to progress onwards, until I just so happened to speak to Mr. Briney in his cottage. I also fondly remember being stuck just before Sootopolis city, it eventually occurred to me that I indeed could dive up from the underwater caves in the giant patch of water in Hoenn. I suppose I really need to start pushing myself from my comfort zone. I've never played MOBAs before, or a game where I basically have to go against real people in battles... I'm not used to unpredictability in opponents I suppose, but this game feels like a good way for me to learn. I don't think I've enjoyed an online game this much in quite some time, and none of them have trained my ability to think under pressure anywhere near as much. Soon enough, I'll get that god pack and I'll be able to do more... But for now I'll focus on trying to develop my skills as Neith. Maybe try to see if I can get a better grasp of Artemis and Cupid along the way. But for now, hopefully only 2 more days until I can get my hands on it.

So earlier today, Hi-Rez released a video showing off a new skin. Lord Slashington III is an new skin for the fan favorite . I feel that he doesn't need a new skin until some other god who has no skin yet gets one, because already got his robot skin not that long ago. I don't hate it, I just feel that some other god might need a new skin or recolor in the future. I do like the skin and J. Michael Tatum doing a prim proper British accent for the murder hungry growly voice of Chris Sabats is quiet funny. So if you guys have something to add to this, comment below.

Why, you ask? Because the sheep of high school are now free to roam the paddocks of Melbourne!

Plebeians, REJOICE, for the holidays has braced us.

I've already planned all the fun things to do such as sleeping, sitting on the computer, browsing SmiteFire, browsing the internet, DawnGate, League of Legends, not Smite, ~~intense masturbation sessions~~ apparently that's not appropriate, going outside as in out of my room, heating up frozen pizzas and making two minute noodles, watching anime and establishing new waifus. Oh my god I'm so excited because of all these fun things that I can do!

As you can see, it's the simple things in life that I enjoy. I'm not someone that needs to go outside and go kill some giraffes in the safari for fun, jump out of a plane without a parachute or read books. Well, I may not be as well know as I should to be one, I am a very old member. I am not as iconic nor as popular or dedicated as some people are in this forum, Such as ~~Asmoday~~ ~~ICEN~~ Raventhor or Subzero, but I've been around long enough to see these people, and the site itself grow. Through it's ups and downs, I've been here for the forum for a good year and A half out of the near two years I have been on the site, and I can honestly say it's like a family. Or...ya know, maybe I'm just a 17 year old nerd who takes the internet way too seriously. Either or.

Before this I was active on a forum for Sprite Animators (Maplestory Sprites) and have tweaked around in flash and actually still animate to this day.
