Oh boy this build is bad. 1 flat pen item (pen boots) mentioned as core, and no mention of obsidian shard.

Also no mention of deso, cdr boots, reaver, book of dead etc... despite building book of thoth.

Bancrofts + typhons? Did you forget that Vulcan is not Anubis or a Mage ADC?

An ideal book of thoth build could be something like: Book of Thoth, Shoes of Focus/ Shoes of the Magi, Divine Ruin/ Spear of Desolation, Obsidian Shard, Soul Reaver, Book of the Dead/ Ethereal Staff. Sell boots late for Elixir of Speed and Staff of Myrdinn or Chronos' Pendant or alternative.

A non-book build could be: Shoes of Focus, Spear of Desolation, Divine Ruin, Ethereal Staff, Obsidian Shard, Soul Reaver, sell boots late for Staff of Myrddin and speed elixir.

Is Thoth any good on him? I usually just skip it.

Lategame, yes (good scaling to make use of the high power). Chronos' Pendant rush build is weak (except for maybe someone like Nox, where you can start tier 2 shoes, lost artifact and a multi pot, then get cdr boots and chronos' - I don't get deso on her because I prioritise magus), leaving the only other option something like: " Shoes of Focus, Spear of Desolation, Divine Ruin, Ethereal Staff, Obsidian Shard, Soul Reaver, sell boots late for Staff of Myrddin and speed elixir."

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
