Tyr has a strong early game, which is why I like 
Jotunn's Wrath second in a damage build.
Shifter's Shield or 
Masamune.
Void Shield is a good replacement for 
Titan's Bane

Breastplate of Valor
Pestilence
Masamune
Void Shield
Blink Rune
Aegis Amulet
Purification Beads
Bulwark of Hope and Pestilence are interchangeable, depending on enemy team composition.
You don't necessarily have to get Blink Rune first (for example, if there is an 
Ares, you may consider purification beads first).
Combo: Assault Stance + Blink Rune or 
Lawbringer -> 
Fearless -> 
Power Cleave
Use Defensive Stance + Power Cleave to heal off of minion waves.
