Summary

So this Susano build is all about swiftness and getting the kill with speed and accuracy, because sometimes the kill gets away because your ability's are down.
In this build that will not happen as much and instead you can finish them off with basic attacks if the ability's don't work.
First you have to remember to stay away from big massacres where clusters of people are together and if they have a tank with them, try rotating to the other side of the field, because tanks can suck up your damage and can slow you, and seal your fate.
Always, always, always target hunters and sometimes assassins, because assassins can kill you just as easily as you can kill hunters. Hunting mages is also a good thing to do since they solely focus on power, usually.
But the tanks are usually guarding the mages since they usually have slow ability's that can clear the minions lane.
always use your 3rd ability because that can make you travel a lot faster, instead of going through your 1st ability's effects, this is a no brained action unless it is on cool down.
One of the best things about Susano is his speed, this you can bring to a good use with Talaria boots. Some people like to play the Warrior Tabi and get extra damage, but that is pointless if you can't catch the player you are trying to kill, this is why I use Talaria boots, it gives only a little extra damage, but means you can outrun your enemies and use your basics to finish them off if all your ability's are on cool down.
Anyway you just stay aside from the main battle and kill the runners after most of the ability's have been used and just pick them off from there, good luck!

Items

Talaria Boots:This item is irreplaceable for me, I love the extra 14% increase in all speeds because it allows me to outrun any opponents that i can't kill with my ability's. I have killed more than 6 enemies a game from having this instead of warrior or Ninja Tabi.
Winged Blade:I find myself getting slowed a lot because people know that Susano can literally teleport and pretty much kill anyone, so winged blade is also kind of an essential to have because its cool down is almost three times as fast as purification. it also gives movement speed and attack speed as well as 20% crowd control reduction, which helps because most people who have crowd control reduction are damage suckers and can take thousends at a time and heal.
Jotunn's Wrath:This is also an essential because it decreases the wait time of using your ability's and gives power, penetration, and mana.
Titans Bane:This is not an essential but it is a great item to have for its penetration and power so you can damage people with your basic attacks and your ability's hit harder.
Bloodforge:Not an essential but still good for backing up health so if you get to far, you still have a chance to return, it also has a #### ton of power behind it and lifesteal.
Void Shield:This item is not an essential and can be replaced with items like Masamune, but I personally like void shield because it makes the enemies slower and you can make this to your advantage and with the help of anything you have left, get the kill.
Bluestone Pendant: Use this item in the beginning up until titans bane, then you can sell it to get titans bane, and only sell it when you can finish off the setup and get titans bane.
Sanctuary: It literally makes you immune to anything for a solid 2 seconds, this has saved my ### so many times.
Purification: just in case you don't have the winged blade ability active, or you are not using it, you can use this as an extra buffer, and if not this try something like blink, wrath, sunder, or sprint.

Team Work

You can sometimes clear minions if you have the time, but only stay off to the side and don't interfere with anything.
Back off when being charged, never charge against somebody unless you know you will win, or save an ally or tank, always save the tank because they support you.

I think you had so many run-on sentences in the guide. I got bored about halfway through reading it. There's no color, and the explanation is dull. Freshen it up a little more. Try adding BB-code for color and images.

As for the build itself, Susano already has a ton of movement. He ALWAYS catches up to me with his passive alone. More movement leads to less power and pen. Wouldn't recommend.

Your build is pretty strange but I'm sure still very effective. On the other hand I'd do a Loki Pen build with him kind of like:

Warrior Tabi
Jotunn's Wrath(can be alternated with Hydra's)
Hydra's Lament(can be alternated with Jotunn's)
Brawler's Beat Stick or The Crusher
Hide of the Urchin
Titan's Bane

He's already super fast with two escapes in his kit and with the passive online nobody will catch him unless he's CC'd or slowed.
