Bakasura, the Great Devourer
Basic Information
Bakasura is a big problem if he ganks or enters your lane in mid-late game.
In the early game try to keep
Bakasura at bay and don't let him get ahead of you.
Keeping distance between yourself and
Bakasura is important because he has a jump ability which can close that distance quickly and then go into his ult which disables your three escape.
Unfortunately; in the current meta, you cannot just fight
Bakasura under his ult and you will die unless you aegis.
Plus, chasing
Bakasura is almost impossible as well because he has high mobility and can heal significantly off of one minion which cancels your execution ultimate.
Early game, Mid game, and Late game
In the early game,
If you see a
Bakasura on the opponents team, don't fully push the opponent into their tower. As
Achilles, you want to achieve lane dominance; yes, however, you must see if the
Bakasura has a taste for you.
If the Bakasura hasn't ganked you once 5-10 minutes into the match then it'd be safe to bring on the more aggressive
Achilles while you transition into your mid game stage. This is either because
Bakasura is scared of you or he's too busy helping mid, the duo lane, or catching up with his level, but probably the second options.
However, if the
Bakasura has been ganking you constantly then purchase 1-2 wards and place them in your side of the jungle (around both of the mana buffs) and play a more passive play style. If you are constantly dying to ganks then don't go past the half, patience is in your favor here.
If you can though, if the
Bakasura slips, try to take advantage of that and punish him. Personally, many
Bakasura's have tried to gank me, I predict their ability and sidestep it and stun punish with my 1 then follow it up with two consecutive 3 strikes. Sometimes, it ends up with a kill and it gives me a slight advantage over my opponent and gives me a confidence boost. I am allowed to punish
Bakasura because in the early game phase,
Bakasura isn't tanky and relies on his 3 to regain HP.
In the mid game,
If Bakasura has been ganking you, ask your jungle to assist you as well by ganking your lane. However, if you have been able to manage
Bakasura then the better. Tell your JG to keep helping the other lanes while you keep
Bakasura in check.
If you haven't been ganked, expect a visit from him soon,
Bakasura's usually get ahead of other jgs in the early game and this makes them overconfident sometimes.
In the late game,
In the late game phase you will primarily be grouped up with your team, watch
Bakasura's ult cool down and drain his health bar slowly down by constant pokes. You don't want to engage
Bakasura head on because you will lose the fight 10 out of 10 times by either him auto attacking you or by insta ulting, and avoid chasing him unless you are certain that you can execute him.
Important Reminders
So as the Hero of the Trojan War, what should you primarily take away from all of this?
Pay attention to when
Bakasura ults because that's an indicator for when it's safer for you to attack.
Don't go full aggro if you know the
Bakasura is out there and he usually ganks your lane, ward it up and play more passively.
Try to get ahead of
Bakasura in the early game if you can, but realize that in the late game he can kill you no matter what you do.

"My name is Mike. I am a casual player who enjoys playing the solo role in ranked conquest."
Casual player who plays ranked... interesting. Must be some sort of new thing. But truly this makes no sense. You cannot be a casual player yet also play ranked. You're no longer a casual player then.
There is a reason it's called a "casual" playlist and a "ranked" playlist.
Some other problems: Crusher suggested on a solo laner(if you want to remain tanky while staying ahead there is better options like Void shield/shifters etc...), Hastened Katana suggest on Achilles when he has his 1, 3 and ult to catch people/stick to them (also the fact you should AA-cancel with his 1, 2, 3 so even less reason to get hastened).
You have no mention of: speed elixir, blackthorn (especially since buffs), blink, witchblade, brawler's beat stick, sprint, winged blade, bulwark, shogun's, spectral, cursed ankh, talisman of energy and a few other situational choices.
You haven't said anything about how his 3 is used for AA-cancelling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CjNnnZU6FXo&feature=youtu.be&t=1076 (This video has a timestamp for it, but you could watch the whole video from start if you wish).

Also: "If you wish to go into the solo lane then keep your armor on until you've completed your first 3 items (your core), so usually in this case it'd be Warrior Tabi, Gladiator's Shield, and Void Shield. Keeping your armor on allows you to have additional HP and protections against your lane opponent and any lurking jungle. However, you should take your armor off as soon as you have your core and start building your physical and speed, this is because by the time you've finished building your core, the mid game phase has already begun." Isn't really the case in some situations. You shouldn't always be going armour first at level 1. Some games you might start no armour and switch to armour later, others you may do the opposite (as you said), however some you may keep armour on/off the same all game.
Also, although most of your base builds seem fine as a universal consideration, and you DO provide some "alternative late game items," I'd say some items are missing. Witchblade should be an additional consideration against strong basic attack comps. Runic Shield is already in your "Against Magical Solo without Healing Comp," and I find it weird to be in your late game items listing...if anything, its effectiveness sharply drops off late-game, and I would personally never suggest it late. Hastened Katana seems like a weird option. If you want more MS, I think Stone Cutting Sword would be better, and would fit better with his AA canceling kit. Also, some of those late-game items shouldn't be late-game, but just "situational." If facing a basic attacker in lane, you might opt for an earlier Midgardian Mail for example.
Think Blink Rune could be an optional relic, even for Solo, and especially due to his assassination capability in catching a retreating enemy.
Curious why you put a point into Radiant Glory at level 10, and a point into Shield of Achilles at 9, when it seems you value the function of Combat Dodge to a higher degree, with it being the priority in the early portions of the game. I'd expect Dodge to be maxed at level 9, with Shield the 2nd rush, and no further points in Glory until those two were finished.
I did read the writeup on some of the abilities, and like some of the points you make.
