In my expert opinion as veteran guide maker and reviewer, my delicate and extensive response is:

Seriously though, you have literally 0 sections in this guide, it's effectively just a build with skill order, so I will review it as such.

You have no reasoning behind your skill order, and the ideology behind staggering your Backflip and Unravel is questionable at best. Also, I don't have the options for how often things can be leveled, but something is very off about that World Weaver skill order.

Asi is not only not the first item you should build, and not only not a core item, but an actively BAD item to build. It gives 0 attack damage. And it's passive gives 0 attack damage. I hate this item in GENERAL, much less on neith. She's an AD caster, treat her as such.

Rage isn't a good second item pick up. It should only be acquired as a 4th-6th item, once deathbringer has been acquired, and the crit chance ramp up actually matters, because this early in the build (especially with Asi), having crits doesn't matter when they're doing roughly 0 damage.

Deathbringer is legitimately your only saving grace here. Fair enough.

Golden Bow is an overall bad item on everyone but Mercury and MAYBE Apollo, and since Neith is a caster, this item is wasted. Even if you are going for an autoattack build, come on - 50% damage in a 15 yard radius? How often will that even happen?

Brawler's Beat Stick - why? No, seriously, why? When you have Asi already, and options like Soul Eater and Bloodforge exist as viable auto-attack based lifestela items, you take Brawlers??

Your actives are....odd. Meditation is only really viable in Assault where mana is a huge issue. Combat Blink isn't bad on Melee Champions or mages without an escape, but on someone like Neith, who has Backflip, this is very bad, at least compared to other actives. Girdle of Inner Might is a nice damage steroid. Purification Beads and Aegis Amulet both are viable for escaping ults or rough situations. Restoration Shard gives nice sustain if that's really that much of an issue. Finally, Creeping Curse slows everyone around you to get away from an annoying Loki or Thor.

Your lack of alternatives section worries me, and the guide in itself is meh. I'm sorry if this comes off as rude, but I Really want to see so much more work put into this if you truly believe it's a good build in any way. If you believe something, DEFEND IT. Otherwise it's like me saying "X Country is better than every other country" without any reasoning whatsoever.
