Assassins Blessing for healing and gaining mana per jungle minion cleared. It is essential for jungling and ganking without dying yourself. It can be evolved to gain physical penetration which is very good for ganking.
Morningstar is for building your first weapon. Transcendence. When you have 1600 Gold, dont pay for this item. Spend your gold on attack speed boots (explained later).
Potions for when your gank almost got you killed.
Boots: Used for extra movement speed along with attack speed.
Hydra: Used for more damage from melee attacks after 5 abilities have been used.
Qin: Used for extra damage.
Bloodforge: Lifesteal and the shield you get after every kill.
Transcendence: Very nice powerspike early game. Make sure to get it's stacks fast for the extra damage. Being the Jungle role while getting stacks is no problem.
Boots: Used for extra movement speed and attack speed.
Hydra: Used for extra auto damage.
Qin: Used for extra damage upon tanks.
Titan's Bane: It's a must to have penetration.

Put your decoy down far enough behind the minions in the jungle for you to be able to use your passive efficiently. Don't use your 3 unless you are in a stressful situation.
Make sure to use your ult against fleeing enemies. Rarely leave the team unless you plan on ganking from behind for lets say a 3v3. If its a 5v5, never go for a gank unless you plan on cleaning up a fleeing opponent.

Troll, to me, is a complete "for funsies" build or just to straight up troll others. Building full damage on a tank, blasting past the MS cap just so you can run around, etc. Basically, troll is when the person knows what they're doing, and they're specifically building a certain way just to be fun, stupid, or both.
This Loki build, to me, isn't troll. Qin's makes it a bad build, since Loki never ever wants to just stick around and basic attack a god to death...but there are some other concepts that make sense here...e.g. they're getting Qin's, so at least they're also building Ninja instead of Warrior, to get more hits in. I'm not using this to say this build is okay, mind. It's still not a good choice.
Well...that's about it. This has 3 or 4 items that are core...Trans, Hydra's, Titan's, BF (optional). The other two are, again, poor options...Ninja vs. Warrior isn't honestly 100% terrible...20 power less isn't all that bad, and the increased mana at least goes a bit with the Trans passive, though it's of course only a weak +3 power contribution.
So "troll" in the sense of what troll really means? No. Not a good build though, no offense Shinntaro. You want Jotunn's for ult spamming, and Loki doesn't do that well with basic attacks, so Qin's isn't a good choice
Jungle loki can still use trans, but he can perhaps delay it a bit. It still provides the key stats for him. High power, CDR, and mana. Mana because when he can clear quickly with Decoy, he will want to be dropping it almost as soon as it's off CD, for quick rotations. And he doesn't want to have to think twice about using vanish anytime if he wants to be safe, or worry about not being able to use his whole kit on a gank attempt without running out.
Basically, with every item, Loki wants to get as many of his core stats as possible. Those are typically power, pen, and CDR.
Trans: power & CDR (+ mana)
Warrior Tabi: power (& MS)
Jotunn's: power, pen, & CDR (trifecta)
Hydra's: power (+ burst, we agree Hydra's passive is key for his damage)
_____
Crusher: power & pen
Brawler's: power & pen (+ anti-heal)
Titan's: power & pen
Any protection item will hurt one of those stats to some degree. Example bruiser items some other assassins might get include Void Shield and Ancile. However, we know that Void isn't preferable, because the aura will show up on an enemy player's screen when you're in range, and if they pay attention, they'll know you're close.
Ancile does have both power and CDR, but the power is lower than most other items...if you do find you really need magical protection, this is acceptable though.
There are suboptimal builds we can't recommend in good faith and there are SoloDoubleJackass level troll builds that should be archived less he decides he wants to put out another low effort video to get more viewers. This build is just this side of the former. This build isn't terrible, but I don't think it's very good.
