Hard as a Rock Hard as a Rock (passive) Hard as a Rock
"Crits only do +25% damage to Geb, rather than the normal +100%."
Gives you great defense especially vs carries, so like
Artemis,
Apollo and other crit based gods like
Ne Zha,
Mercury etc
Roll Out
"Geb turns into a mass of rolling earth, damaging and slowing enemies he encounters, stopping at the first god he hits. He increases speed as he travels, his damage scaling from 50% to maximum over 3s. Once at his top speed, Geb becomes CC immune, and will also knockback enemy gods."
Damage: 100 / 175 / 250 / 325 / 400 (+50% of your magical power)
Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70
Cooldown: 10s
This is you highest damaging ability AFTER you have channeled it for 3 seconds, that is the reason for me maxing it second. The knockback makes it super strong for ganking especially in the early game, so pick it up at lvl. Just start channeling from the jungle can come in from behind and knock the enemy into your minion wave or tower. At lvl 2 that is a 100% guarantied kill unless you **** up.
A tip for when you are starting the first camp (red or speed), start channeling from behind the baby harpies at 00:07 this way you get the 100% damage from the skill and not just 50%.
Shock Wave
"Geb creates a shock wave, which ripples out from him in a cone, causing damage and knockup to all enemies. Enemies closer to Geb take full damage, enemies at the furthest edge take 50%."
Damage: 90 / 160 / 230 / 300 / 370 (+50% of your magical power)
Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80
Cooldown: 15s
I max this first to get as fast a jungle clear as possible. It gives you good CC and in combination with
Roll Out you can CC-chain ppl to death quite easy. Just remember to be close to ppl when you use it to get the full 100% effect out of the damage.
Stone Shield
"Geb targets himself or an ally to put a shield around. The shield blocks all damage and Knockback effects, and lasts until its time expires or it takes enough damage to be destroyed. The Shield also cleanses any CC when applied."
Shield Health: 0 / 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 +18% of Geb's Max Health
Shield Duration: 4 / 4.5 / 5 / 5.5 / 6s
Cost: 60
Cooldown: 18s
It is a shield, great to save your squishy teammates. I max it last because I build a fair deal of early health items witch gives the shield a lot of health (18% of your max health) and it counts health from items as far as I can tell. Also keep in mind that it is a cleanse as well so if an ally gets CCed, just shield him. The shield is really good when it comes to tower diving.
Cataclysm
"Geb pulls apart the earth, dealing magical damage to all enemy gods based on a percent of thier current health, and stunning them."
Damage: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% of Current Target Health
Stun Duration: 1 / 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8s
Cost: 100
Cooldown: 90
This is the complete opposite from a finishing ability. ALWAYS use this before
Shock Wave if you are going to use it in a fight and try to get it off before any of your teammates do any damage to the enemies. It is a great source for burst damage in teamfights, just roll in with
Roll Out and pop it to do as much damage as possible and stun them to make them easy targets for your carries.
Summary
So this is the way I would lvl up my skills as
Geb, you might want to max
Roll Out first instead of
Shock Wave to do some more damage. But unless you manage to time it good enough in the jungle you are going to end up with a lot of weak 50% damage
Roll Outs which will hurt your jungle clear a ton.
Im playing Geb mainly in Joust and Im going DMG with some deff (pen boots, breastplate (for deff and cdr), Voidstone (deff and dmg), Rod of Tahuti, Obsidian shard + Stone of Gaia or Sove or Magis blessing for more deff (depends on enemy team, if we are rolling, Ill get another DMG item).
Maybe its not the best build, but it works for me pretty well.
Maybe you should consider adding a Joust/Assault build here too :)
Nice guide i'm translate it into russian. I hope you don't mind.

Ofc not mate! Glad that as many ppl as possible can make use of it =)
It is not a very good guide though, but it is at least a build :P

So...this is a build only guide.
The build is alright, although I disagree with the early inclusions of warlock's sash, not only because it'll take forever to farm stacks, but because it's pricey and mobility is more important.
Skills are alright, items are alright. Not much else to say...
Might be why the title is build, and not guide? Kappa
You do not need mobility early on Geb jungel though. The Roll Out gives you all the mobility you need :)
If you dont get the sash as your first item, you are going to be better off, Just skipping it and getting rod or something. Because as you said it takes a long time getting 100 stacks while jungeling, If you play right you get it at 20-25 min ish.

I would use this but I'm afraid to jungle. Good build though.
Thanks! =)
I could give you some tips etc. for jungling if you want to get more comfortable with the role ;)
Geb is all in all best tank in the game , soo many people say he sucks they just dont know how to build him is all . i know a very very good full tank build that makes geb live up to his name and help me win all my games with him and master him in alittle of 3 hours .
...so, you like talking about yourself. You made that very clear. Now, do you plan on saying anything related to the actual guide?
Also, I have never thought of Geb being a jungler, extremely creative in your part.
Hope you can have some fun with it ;)
To the rest of you, thanks for checking it out and just keep on rollin' boyos!
Don't get trapped into buying only health, no matter how much it helps. Finish the CDR outside those shoes. Get rank 2 in shield earlier, as it doesn't have a base health number and it'll help early. No beads or aegis as a possible active?
Otherwise, good guide. Add sections though, including alternative item explanations and gameplay.
