Heartseeker
:
This item is PERFECT for anhur, building stacks for this item is no problem because of his #2 ability.
Warrior Tabi
:
Movement speed, damage, crit chance, and attack speed. No brainer item for a phys carry
Brawler's Beat Stick
:
Now that Ankh of the Golem got physical protection instead of lifesteal, this is a great item for crit. This item can also be subbed with Soul Eater, for more health and the attack speed
The Executioner
:
This item is amazing, 30dmg and 20% attack speed for a great price! Very nice to have early-mid game (could sub this item for deathbringer)

Qin's Blades
:
This item is great. Amazing attack speed, damage, passive, and even a nice health stat :D
When using your skills, the combo would be, Shifting Sands,
Impale into obelisk, and then auto attack away or use
Desert Fury
This skill combo is AMAZING. It can get most gods very low on health or even kill them throughout the whole game.
Using your Impale early game is a risk, Anhur doesn't have a great mana pool early game, so only use it when you have to. If someone tower dives you to kill you when you're low on health, impale them to a wall so the tower or minions can help you even the scales.
BE SURE TO USE YOUR MANA AND HEALTH POTS AT THE RIGHT MOMENT, many times I see players use their health pots when they're only down 100hp, or all the way down at 10hp, make sure to heal up when you're at around 3/4hp. Using your mana at around 1/2-3/4 can save your life, get a kill, or help a teammate.
Using Impale before using Shifting sands is also a great combo too. Impale the enemy to a wall, auto attack away (or ult), and then use shifting sands right when they stop being stunned. When they're slowed, FINISH HIM (or her...)
SO. It goes
---->
All I can say for this is; Use your Impale to stun or push back chasers from you allies, and use
Shifting Sands to slow chasers
This is a video of me using this build, but just a little altered :)
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

You should also use bb code. you put the name of something say Impale and you would put Impale inside of i mpale. Make sure there are 2 on each side. it would look like
You can also do size=55 and you would put impale after the icon=. It would look like
