Amaterasu: Conquest Jungle Build (S5)

Even though Amaterasu has solid basic attack function via her basic attack progression (1 / 0.5 / 1) and her passive Illuminating Strike, going full glass cannon with 0 protection items and Charged Bow as one of the main items (assuming you probably meant to choose Odysseus' Bow) is just not suggested.

You're firstly not taking advantage of that attack progression... Qin's Sais would probably be the better basic attack item for her, and going Qin's instead of 2 crit items frees up at least one space for another item. Crit is just not suggested for her in the first place.

I'm guessing you also don't know, but you're hitting the attack speed cap of 2.5 with this build. You're at 2.44 before you crit. After you crit, the passive from Wind Demon will make you smack your head on the ceiling. If you're going to get close to the AS cap, at least get Qin's as I mentioned earlier.

I can also understand Hastened Katana in an AS build for her...that's a fun trolly build...but get rid of Odysseus' Bow.

If you really want a basic attack build (absolutely not for conquest use, or at least only in casual conquest where the other 4 players are friends) where you won't also get blown up, here would be a proposed alternative:

• Ninja Tabi
• Hastened Katana
• Hide of the Urchin
• Qin's Sais
• The Executioner
• Situational (any functional protection item, or Asi, or Witchblade against multiple basic attackers, or Shogun's Kusari if you're not the only basic attacker, etc.)
