Monkey with Hydra's OP?

So I was playing some Hun Batz on Saturday. I was just using the normal core build with Jotunn's, Trans and DB. Then I managed to but tier 2 Hydra's instead of Trans in one game (I blame it on beer). And it worked really good, so I decided to try it out some more.

And I have to say it's by far the most enjoyable couple of Hun games I've had in a long time (even better than good old Qin's Batz).

50 sec CD ults, 5 second CD jumps. You could probably use Winged Wand instead of Hydra's to but CDR Batz is definitely something ppl should try out.

These games are 1800 ish elo games though so it's not anyone good. But still fun and worked out fine.

I feel like it makes a lot of sense on him. Kinda wanna try this myself...

I don't usually play Batz, but well this makes sense on him considering his passive.

yes that's right hydra's is a really strong item as Hun Batz is a more ability focussed assassin then most assassins. And with the help of his passive it's pretty damn painful.

Also look at jordenito's monkey guide and he tells you more about him being a ability assassin

The passive from Hydra's is trash tbh. You get a lot more damage from DB and even Malice.

It's just the CDR that's good. So If a team is heavy on slows Winged Wand would be better imo.

I used to get asi on him after his swing change. Ah, the fun times of boxing someone at nonexistent health and coming out on top. 'twas sexy.
