I'll try to not be subjective here...
His 1 has too much of everything, heal, DAMAGE, slow, cooldown, hard to miss. Either tone down the damage, or remove the heal and keep the damage. Or remove the slow, keep the damage and heal, but increase the cooldown slightly.

His 2 is what really bothers me about this guy. Immune to slows FOR THE DURATION AND a 30% (60% of chasing a soon-to-be dead enemy) speed buff with ****-you-tanks level of penetration? That's way too much. It's the immune to slows that really bugs me, so remove that.

His 3 is fine if taken alone, along with the rest of his kit, makes him very difficult to encounter.

His ultimate, the casting time is fine after the nerf, but the speed buff needs to be taken down back to 100%. He can cross the entire arena map with just one ability...

Increase mana costs, maybe the cost of Death Scythe back to 10% hp.

Zeus is Zeus again. Detonate Charge now stuns the enemy again. He wasn't overpowered to start with, it's just that people were never using Aegis Amulet to counter his detonates. Zeus' "problem" (I used those quotes on purpose there) was that he could encounter more than 1 enemy, being an exceptional duelist. What I suggest is either make his 1 or ultimate not apply charges anymore. Taking away the ability to get 3 charges on 2-3 enemies would limit Zeus to 1 target, 2 at best while keeping his precious stun.
