After casting an ability vulcans hammer is charged with an aftershock effect for 3s, if you attack with the effect active a pulse is sent out from vulcans hammer stunning all enemies for .2 seconds. Can only occur once every 5 second.
Aftershock pulse travels as far as ares ult from vulcan
Anubis. Replace his 3 with a combat blink on a 15 second cooldown, make his two hit 3 people and deal damage at the expense of some stun time, and make his ult refresh every time he kills someone with it.
