Possible virus issue with website

On two occasions I have had your website automatically send me to a new Web link that states my phone is infected with a virus and for me to click the magic button to fix the problem. If anyone else experiences this issue please be aware that this is a trick. By pressing said button you will receive an actual virus (most likely a trojan). Your website is the only one that gives me this message. This last time I was reading bran muffins guide to conquest. Usually this means that your thread is infected, but I'm no expert. Perhaps you might want to check.

I've had the experience too. It seems random and possibly from anywhere on the site, though it's usually a rare occurrence. Thanks for reporting... I'll talk with the admins and see if we can't get to the bottom of this.

It happened to me, same message. My phone wouldn't stop vibrating. If this helps, I was using a ZenFone 2 with android 5.

Hey guys, I have definitely gotten these before but we thought we'd gotten rid of all those bad ads causing issues like this. I'm guessing you got one today though?

Next time this happens could you screenshot or grab the url you were redirected to for me (or both) and we'll work on rooting out the bad ad.

Also, could you tell me what kind of device you're using, what browser you are using, and what region (country / state) you live in? This information will help us find it faster.

True, it's really common for me (Using Chrome, on Brazil) to get the virus thingies. REALLY COMMON.

It happens to me too, Chrome and iPhone (Chicago), but stopped after I installed ad blocker on my pc.

I'm curious is anyone still getting them on their desktop? Like since the past week. It seems like most of you are getting them on mobile devices.
