Its up there. Second post on this page.
EDIT: last page...
Wow, it took me a while to realize it was already there. Silly me.
I'm impressed. I like the distribution of wordiness. The action-y parts are more concise, while the descriptions of the monsters are more detailed. Very good.
Congrats, you caught my character building the concentration for my initiating move, which would take a lot of it.
I'll probably take out the big one first, to show badassness... he's gonna explode. Next would be the average one, which I will duel with for a moment, then kill what the time comes. Then I'll outwit the third one with something it cannot start to comprehend... he'll be executed loki-style.
I think you should add Kleet to the Unknow Editor's group. He is an ally of them, but may join the Adventurer's.I'm also writing the background story of Kleet'sar, and why he is an ally of the Editors.
Plus, I got some ideas for the Weak NPCs you mentioned, may post them later.

I assume Kleet is the name of the Necroserpent character, right? I'll add it in.
Here is 'generic' one, the average member of the city guard. I will stress that these traits are the average. There will be some higher ones, like the commanding officer and the personal guard of something or other.
NPC:City Watch
These guys are the rank-and-file soldiers of the Depelle. Some are detectives, some are watchmen, some are medics, and some are simply soldiers.
The City Watch typically have very few mages, and the ones they have are often 'home-schooled'. The regular folks have training in arms and armor.
Typical guard equipment is a light mail hauberk over cloth armor, but the heavy divisions often wear full plate. They are issued a standard halberd and shield, a non-lethal shock baton, a crossbow, and a glove manadrive. Lightning bolts, of course.
Shock Batons and Manadrives are inventions from the Ingenium, designed to grant the benefits of magic to those who weren't born with it. Of course, such tools have limited use, but they are highly useful nonetheless. Shock Batons are simply batons that shock on contact. Lightning Bolt manadrives allow the user to hurl an electric bolt at will, with the ability to adjust intensity.
They also have a elite division trained in fighting mages without magic. These guys specialize in timing their crossbow shots to disrupt spells at crucial moments, as well as sniping priority targets.
Their most dangerous ability is working well in a group. Depelle forces are trained to work together, and they can act almost as if they share a hive mind.
Typical units are in seven, with no one ever going with less than two in a group.
Overall, these guys aren't especially dangerous, but in a large group, they are a threat.
And here's a neutral NPC:
NPC: Nicodemus
The self-absorbed head of the Ingenium, and a member of the Council of Seven. You can't tell by looking at him, but he is actually a brilliant and revered inventor.
Physical Appearance: 113. He's tall, white-haired, and has a sizable beard and 'stache, which he often strokes. Wears his lab coat pinned with tons of medals and stars and whatnot.
Personality: He is obsessed with being written into history, and is EXTREMELY VAIN. He's passionate about his work (and himself), and often acts disconnected from little things like sanity and morality, but he does care about things other than himself. Just not very often.
Combat Ability: ...unknown. Between his shadow magic, his vanity, his literal hundreds of weaponized inventions, and the fact that he seems pretty harmless, no one has fought or wanted to fight him since, well, ever.
Conversation Between Nicodemus and a Lawmage:
Lawmage: Sir, I'm afraid you can't touch that.
Nicodemus: *turns the only key into a bank vault into a bar of gold*
Lawmage: Sir! I'll lose my job! I'll sue you!
Nicodemus: *sighs* Great men are always misunderstood in their own time...
@Tal actually I want Nixaze (the snake) to eat the little one as its running away from you.
@Sub I'm flattered, ty. Also I have a feeling Nicodemus is gonna have one of those Izuka moments at some point.
