Can you adapt a God/Goddess to be winter themed? Or do they already have to be winter themed according to their lore?

If your adaptation makes sense based on the mythos you write, that should be fine! :)

Just posting here to give the judges an easier time for a big balance point.

Make sure to add in the crucial information of RANGES, durations, shape and a good overview. Gonna point people to Mysts concept as an example.

reasons for this are to check balancing. the overview makes it easier to gather the info.
ranges and durations (with ranges being missing for a load of ideas normally) are very important having a 15ft line (mellee range) that does 600 damage vs a 60 ft line that does 600 damage is a big difference.
If you don't know how to best put (as smite does not list it for line type abilities) just visualize it like the range is as long as searing light.
