To All New Players: Please Provide Any Questions You Have on Anything in Smite

I'd love to write an introductory guide to Smite in the future, hopefully even as a collaborative effort with some of the other known guidecrafters here. But as someone who's been playing for over a year, there are many things that I might overlook as common knowledge but would be helpful to address in the guide. So, on that note, any questions about anything in Smite would be awesome.

I don't know any questions for me, but I'll give a list of the ones I've gotten in the past:

What's the meta?
How important is the meta?
Why do I keep dying*?
What is positioning?
How do I positioning?
How do I jungle?
When can I leave my lane?
Why does the tower hit for so much?**

*Yeah, new players tend to be kind of vague.

**Yes, I'm serious.

Oooh, that tower question reminds me of something I need to cover because it took me forever to realize it - how even if minions enter first, the tower will attack you the moment you hit an enemy god.

Thanks, I'm currently just making a list of everything and don't plan to get started for a while, but do you want to help me out when I do? Or you can even go ahead and start and I'll help when I can.

And in regards to your first footnote - I shall provide equally vague answers, mwuhaha!

Side note: the title is just Smite 101 currently, do you think I should expand upon it?

I'll help out. I've actually got a friend who just started playing Smite, so I can help with that.

I regret wasting so much time not doing mine, but at least someone will have the dedication enough to do it xD

A little confused here, never played keyboard games before so learning. Question is how do I play my chosen toon without constantly being placed into a random toon. I would rather play my hunter more than constantly moving all over?
