Looking to add good people to my new Clan

Hello everybody.
I would like to add good smite players in my new Clan: SmiteDestoyers. I just made it and there is only one condition to join; you have to beat me one on one in joust.
This clan is for serious players who also want to just have fun and NOT lose because of noob teammates.

There are a few rules once you joined.
1. You have to be active. Even if you don't participate in the clan games daily, you have to be an active player.
2. If you've been offline for two weeks or more, you will be removed.
3. If the number of online members exceed 10, we will have an officer (usually the best ranked player) be the leader of a party of half or some of the members.
4. Try not to blame your teammates for the team's loss.
5. No surrendering until the 30th minute. Always believe in a comeback.
6. Players who leave the game WILL be cursed at. :P

Well ya sure, then you can surrender. But my point is that some people always surrender when they get killed and the other teammates are doing good. I hate when that happens to me and you must hate it too. And it's way too early to surrender on the 10th minute cause there's still fire giant, you can focus on defending, etc.. I was playing today with a bakasura who is in solo lane vs aphrodite and every time she kills him he surrenders and duo lane already destroyed two towers and mid lane destroyed first tower. It's people like him that get on my nerve and got me to put that rule.

I already have a clan that I'm satisfied with, but I would gladly play with you and your group if you'll have me. I just don't want to be in the clan.

I don't have those people they mostly rage quit immediatly I do got people who see 1 lane is losing or the jungle isn't doing good and then start to take over that role and later when the jungler is even more behind they start doing nothing then standing in fountain thrash talking and upping surrender votes (I live this people to just vote no against.
