Aren't ban's done by highest elo? Anyways, I've never got chance to ban, but really Arthur hasn't been problem, was stating example where team got both him and arachne. They wrecked cause he can tank like hell.

Right, which is what happens at laning phase, she gets fed and then snowballs, I even built Midgardian and it was useless.

Just make sure if you build Typhon's, that it's with Bancrofts. Also as an alternative to Bancrofts + Typhons you can go Bancrofts + Pythags.

but Typhoons + LS item (BC or Pythag) is the combo though?

Typhons + Pythags isn't that great of a combo because Typhon's is only really good with Bancrofts passive. If you want to focus on lifesteal heavily then you get bancrofts + pythags which is cheaper. If you want to focus more on damage then go bancrofts + typhons.

Chronos is fine, even with the Ring changes and the nerf to his 2.

i mean, how, what are you banning?

It means that the Highest elo on the lobby should ban the gods said. Every ranked match has 10 bans, 5 for each team. Banned gods can't be picked in that match
