Here is the datamined information for the next goddess Athena, so far. And, Chronos, the god if time after Athena.

This is all the Chronos info | We can guess he will be mage

Athena will be Magical Tank. Everything points to her being Tank.

[*]Confound [1] � Athena releases a shockwave of power from her shield, hitting enemies directly in front of her for magical damage and taunting them.

[*]Leaping Lunge [3] � Athena powers up for a dash. As she powers up, the range increases. During the dash Athena will stop and hit the first enemy god she encounters, dealing magical damage, and gaining one stack of Block (max 3), absorbing the next basic attack from a god. If fully charged, Athena will also Stun the enemy.

Ability: Line

Damage: 80/130/180/230/280 (+50% of your magical power)

Attack Speed Debuff: 30%

Debuff Lifetime: 1.25/1.5/1.75/2.0/2.25 s

Mana: 60/70/80/90/100

Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 s

[*]Old Defender Of Olympus [4 - Ultimate] Athena throws her spear, dealing magical damage and rooting the first God she hits. Athena then fights for the next 5 seconds wielding only her Shield, gaining magical and physical protection. Athena takes half of the damage dealt to any nearby ally, and gains magical power each time she takes damage. At the end, Athena summons a new spear in an explosion of power that damages enemies in a close radius around her.

Ability: Ultimate

Spear Damage: 80,140,200,260,320 (+50% of your magical power)

Ending Spear Damage: 350/500/650/800/950 (+100% of your magical power)

That looks awesome. As for Chronos, why does it say his Slow Time is self-explanatory? It is the farthest thing from it. My only guess is that maybe it can be cast on an enemy and slow them, or maybe it could increase their CD time. (For instance, I believe beads t3 when used reduces all CDs by 5 seconds, maybe it would increase the CD by a set amount).
