Relatively minor patch...very few adjustments overall.

Arctic Seer Artio (Exclusive: Odyssey): This is a great one. The two skins (human and bear) are well done...especially love the outfit. The abilities all have nice ice effects.

Krampus Cernunnos (Exclusive: Odyssey): Christmas-y theme. Eh. The onlyk cool paprt is the ult turning them into goats.

Crystal Gaze Medusa (Exclusive: Odyssey): The skin has great effects, especially the ground where she moves. That said, a bit too much of the same green color makes the skin look a bit dull to me. Do like the Viper Shot effect, and the face under the mask is rad (slow mo). Voice pack sucks.

Fallen Angel Nike (Exclusive): This one looks great. She's needed a good skin (I think all of her other ones are ****py at best). Effects are beautiful. Her buffed leap's pentagram is a nice touch.

Tremor Tech Cabrakan (Exclusive): That armor is nice. Those shields are rad. WTF hoverboard?!?

Rocket Punch Mercury (Exclusive): Better than a donkey punch. Pretty nice skin too, I like the effects, but the size of the arms makes him seem less agile, and I don't like that...he should be lean and mean.

FrostFire Ullr (Limited: Odyssey, Tier 5): Left side and bow stance is icy. Right side and axe stance is fiery. The special jump skin also changes depending on stance. Level 10 is a transformation in his overall look. Oh man this is beautiful. Different minion deaths. Different recalls depending on stance. I'm glad I don't really play him, otherwise I'd need to get this skin...

Item changes:
Stone of Gaia (nerf): LOL minor cost nerf from 2,000 to 2,100. Fine.
God changes:
These almost all have to do with lowered mana costs, as some abilities cost quite a lot for what they do, in comparison to others' abilities. I basically agree and am happy with all of them.
Agni (buff): Noxious Fumes gets decreased mana cost at the top end, from 60-100 to 60-80.
Bacchus (buff): Chug mana cost is a HUUUUGE reduction...40-140 to 40-60. Thank freaking goodness...that 140 mana cost was incredibly stupid. Finally...this was a couple seasons in coming.
Odin (nerf): Ring of Spears' duration gets reduced from 6 seconds to 5 seconds. 5 seconds is still a hell of a long time, so I feel this is fair, especially since the ult has a low CD to begin, along with the healing reduction.
Sobek (buff): Tail Whip gets a mana cost reduction from 70-110 to 60-80. Another adjustment that makes a lot of sense.
Overall light patch. This is basically the patch that they'll be using in the upcoming tournament, so it was expected to be light on adjustments.
