A Quick Blurb On Being An ADC

So yeah, just going to summarize some horrible games I had attempting to play ADC 3 days ago. Granted, these were the first I played as him, and am just not very familiar with his kit.

Special thanks to AscendingBrohan for being nice and teaming up with me to duo and try to help me out (didn't work, but appreciated nonetheless).

Among my biggest, repeating issues, include not dashing from the fountain to get back to lane more quickly, being overaggressive when I have an obvious disadvantage, not going back to base when I'm too hurt to do anything except die, etc. I recorded some of these, and Bull was kind enough to review and point out every one of my mistakes. I could make a separate post just on his feedback, lol.

Finished Witcher 3 & some Smite thoughts

Basically as the title implies, I thought I could share some of my experiences and thoughts regarding this game- as a player, so don't expect a full review. Also, at the very bottom I'll include a spoiler covering last fights and my ending in case anyone else happened to beat it and was curious about other possibilities. (so I'd suggest not to open it if you're planning on playing it someday)

I know that a year has passed already since its release, yet back then I wouldn't even dream about playing Witcher on my ancient PC with 1GB of RAM and Windows XP (although I miss it severely). Being honest, I was a bit hesitant as I had the occasion to try out the older Witcher games and, well, I wasn't impressed to say the least.

How wrong I was with that one, however. This purchase provided solid 80 hours of gameplay, without artificial fillers like finding 20 crates or killing 50 wolves, and I still have about 20 hours of side quests available when I feel like doing more. In all honesty by t…

This is just nuts!
So I recently got to play with the new and in all honesty I don't really see a point using him now.

When he was initially released, I'll admit, he was OP. But the whole point was to be able to make Rata into a assassin that is fun to play around with. You could get away with making him a healer with Emerald or get crits up the backside with Opal Get some form of CC with Topaz and even play shotgun Rata with Sapphire. But with Ajax, you just build power and pen and call it a day. It's a shame to see such a fun god to be destroyed but hopefully they'll bring back the idea of a unique item tree path to some other god.

R.I.P. Guide Making? & Fun News

I have no computer at the moment (well I have a laptop that's like 8+ years old but I haven't touched that in a while) because I was using a school laptop and I'm out for the summer, yeah. *insert party emoji* With having no way to actually do a guide properly, I'm not going to use my small, little iPhone 5S to make guides, I'll be away for a while till I figure out to fix/use my old laptop. I can still reply to any comments y'all make or add/delete some information in the guides. To lighten up this depressing news, I'm going to San Diego this 4th of July on a cruise! It's for a extracurricular event at school (FCCLA) so that kinda sucks but we get to go to the zoo, see the fireworks, learn to surf, and (beware) bungee jumping *passes out*. I really hope to get a guide out for a Warriour playing a Jungler role before then but I can't make any promises! I'll see y'all in the near future, Happy Smiting!

Sorry this is so far behind schedule. I usually try to post one of these every Saturday, but I've been working on the Zhong Kui guide and I've also been study for my final exams. I have to do my English final exam tomorrow, wish me luck. Anyway, so patch 3.9 hit live servers today, and I had time to try new in jungle practice. It was, I'll just say, disappointing. He's op as **** because of his excessive cc, and he's not even fun anymore. However, maybe there is a chance that the next god will have his old kit? Probably not, though. This seems more like a and situation than (became ) or (became ) situation. Anyway, so I decided to invent a new god to get Rat's old kit, just for laughs. And who else is more deserving of it than the god of Reddit? Anyway, here's the comic.

Even though today is May 24, I am a bit impatient right now and I really want to write this before I forget. Plus all the work I need to do for school. So yea here we go.

One year here and...damn. I became an Editor, managed to be the top guide (Cricket ftw), made some amazing friends, helped in the creation of the Overreaching Conquest Guide, and tried to help some people on this site. Nevertheless, despite some of the things that may have happened in the past, I do not regret being involved in this site one bit. In fact I feel guilty for not being as involved right now. I have to appreciate all the help I got from my friends, and I just have to mention them one by one.

Bran's Newbie Adventures in ConquestLand - Episode 4.5 (Mostly...

Since I don't have that much to report, this is more of an interlude of thoughts, not so much on actual games.

That said, I guess I will comment on one recent Conquest match. Got to play this one with Stuke, Zilby, and Greenevers. I chose Support, and it was an ugly thing (1/5/8). Bad choices on when to initiate. At one point, I saw our guys getting destroyed, and I got there too late. Thing is, in my head, I felt I needed to at least make an attempt, but at the point when I actually initiated the taunt, I think I was the last one standing. Slow reaction time, or something. Zilby was like "why did you taunt them?!?" because I basically had 3 guys basic attacking me via the taunt, while I should have just retreated.

Oh, and actually, there was this other one, where I got to play with GameGeekFan, who is a solid jungler. But...1/8/11 with . Again feel like I'm going backward.

Another preface.

The Previous Night, like the Previous Night

Just like the previous episode, the previous night's SMITE festivities felt eerily identical to that horrible sequence. Creepy.

Started with a solo Assault match as (the only tanky god), with the enemy team having and . Ouch. Tried to do my part, went 3/4/7 tanking about double the damage overall compared to any one of my teammates, while doing roughly the same damage as my team's and (WTF?). Tanking a lot didn't help, and I figured as much, based on our comp (I was also the only physical god). Eh, happens.

The rest of the night went as expected for someone with a defeatist attitude. Got a nice group of Zilby, TakeYoPantsOff (Taco), Stuke, and my nephew, for a full team. Decided I would try GameGeekFan's Cricket...but first, I had to unlock him. That done, we went into our first match, and Taco got the first babysitting assignment.
