Recent Updates (Part 2)

Welcome once again to the updates.
So not much has happened but I thought I might aswell keep updating you on what's happening with me and gaming in a whole nutshell. Firstly, I've got a video underway for a Loki guide that might actually be added to my actual guide. It's just a decent arena match I had so expect that to be on my channel.

Apart from that I haven't been able to do much else apart from play and be merry whilst also sorting out some personal things (Which I won't go into since I don't feel like it's necessary.)

So I know it's another short but sweet post but It's nice to just have these out now and then.

Bran's Newbie Adventures in ConquestLand - Episode Bleargh (3)

Last night wasn't a good night, game-wise. But let me go back a few days as a preface.

An Almost Perfect Support Match (for me)

I was handed a rare treat, and got to play with not only my nephew, but Ducks and Stuke too, to make almost a full team. Only our was a solo queue.

Okay, Ducks knows how to play as . He dominated, 12/1/5. There was only one point where I wasn't able to save him as , and it was a 10-15 second chase when my abilities were on cooldown, Ducks was juking, I was body-blocking, and the enemy was finally able to catch him. It felt like it went on forever, and he had gotten into the range of our tower, so it was a close call. No prob, said Ducks. Cool.

In the opposite lane, Stuke was showing us that he doesn't need to be a Warrior to do well. 6/3/1 as .

I think my biggest error of the match was not starting to rotate soon enough. I know I should be moving around the 5 minute mark, but I was mostly staying around Duo unt…

Because of the latest addition to the smite roster ~~cancer~~ , i will quit until he gets officially nerfed.

here's some reasons why:

1) EVERYWHERE, EVERYBODY'S ****ING TROLLING AND PICKING ~~CANCER~~ IN EVERY ****ING ROLE THEY CAN

2) he's broken. i don't care what you say, don't try to convince me otherwise and not commentate on this OPINION

so i just bought this awesome adventure game called "The Night Of The Rabbit", gonna be grinding it for the time being, here's the trailer:

Taking a bit of a break...

Hey guys and girls,

I haven't been around the site much lately as I've decided to take a little bit of a smite break. I'm still playing a little bit, but not much.

I've ended up getting stuck in a rut where I was just constantly losing, no matter whether I play well or not, no matter if I have good or bad teammates, no matter if I have good or bad opponents, just losing constantly.
I think overplaying played a part in my own enjoyment too, so I'm taking a little bit of a break to finish some other games and do other things etc.

So, I managed to get round to finishing 'Life is Strange' the other day. Brilliant game! I'd thoroughly recommend it! And I'll be playing 'OverWatch' once that comes out, so I'll probably not be around here much for another few weeks at least.

When I do come back I'll try and update my guides.

Anyways I'll still be lurking every now and then, to try n keep up with stuff.

Other Games Hype?

So, let me preface this by saying that just because I'm playing other games doesn't mean I won't also be playing Smite :P

But is anyone else hype for the fresh wave of games lately? It's been a very long time since I really enjoyed a multiplayer FPS. To put this in perspective, the last single player FPS I enjoyed was Wolfenstein, but I haven't extensively played an online FPS since... I think it was Halo 4? Which was 4 years ago (and even to that extent, I still played that game less than Halo Reach). Recently though I've found myself taken by them again!

Overwatch Beta came out close to a week ago and I immediately found myself struck by just how good it was. I've never enjoyed team based shooters (I still dislike my experiences with TF2 to this day, no offense to any of you who enjoy it) but Overwatch just seemed to have everything. A New Beginning

Well, what is there to say other than hello all! Just started playing SMITE and so far it's a damn great MOBA game. Glad it made it to console. Currently playing on the PS4. I made the move from PC to console when I didn't have enough to upgrade or build my own rig again. The first MOBA was League of Legends. At first it was pretty cool, but the more I progressed the more I did horrible. So never again with LoL. Maybe in the future but not now. Anyways SMITE is one hell of a great game but what would make it better would be other gamers to party with. So far my favorite game mode would be Arena. Slowly getting better at Conquest. Just seeing that it's all Gods makes it that much more awesome. From Guardians to Assassins it makes one killer game to not just chill and relax but also play competitively. Team work is key in any MOBA based game. Communication conquers all. So hopefully team up with some other gamers soon. This will be a bi-weekly blog post. Much more reviews on game play, g…

Damn, when I look back at my comments on this site, I felt like the scrubbiest scrub to ever walk this earth.
