Steam
I think I've talked about my Steam games before...specifically, a friend gifting them to me. And by gift, in most cases I only mean it in the most objective sense...to be given.

See, my friend started a "game" years ago with a friend that has since passed away. It started on a Christmas, when my friend was given an awful game...it turned into a one-up situation where each tried to find an even worse game. These were usually not terribly difficult on the wallet; most were $1 (or on sale for $1).

Where's My Mommy? (Actually sort of fun, and disgustingly funny to boot)

Fast forward to about 2-3 years ago, and he reinitiated the game...with me. Except that it was only one direction...with kids, I hardly spend money on games at all anymore. And he knew this, and decided he would take full advantage. So he decided originally that he'd give himself a quest...spend $100 dollars on the most amazing games he could find for me.

Wyatt Derp (*sigh*)

Now, I can say that yes, I could refuse the games or whatever, but...he spent money, so at the start, I felt compelled to at least spend a few minutes on them.

But we're way past that $100 now...with significant "help" from him, I have now breached 500 owned games on Steam.

Plug & Play (I've had to show this to people when we've had parties)

Granted, more than half are games I've chosen over the many years, some on massive sales, some from Humble Bundles, and others from actual gifts. But just to give you an idea, here are some of the wonderful games I've been gifted.

The Worst of the Worst

Bad Standouts

What's Under Your Blanket !? (LOL)

And of course, there were a few gems that he threw in...the first being The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, because at that point, he was astounded that I'd played the previous 60 some-odd awful games he'd gotten me to that point. It was finished (game 500) with the amazing game INSIDE, which I finished yesterday.

Anyway, just thought I'd share my adventure through the cesspit of the Steam Store. Apologies to any creators of these games, I don't mean to insult you personally...just your games.
