Bubble: Yemoja tosses out a bubble that bounces twice, dealing damage and slowing enemies by 30% before exploding into smaller bubbles that deal 50% damage. Enemies hit by both bubble bounces take 50% damage on the second hit.

Moonstrike: Yemoja calls upon the Moon to deal damage to enemies below. The inner strike is the largest, dealing full damage and stunning all enemies and enemy structures hit.

Yemoja sends out a wave of water that damages all enemies it passes through, dealing extra unmitigated damage to their shields. Once the wave reaches an ally it bounces to all nearby allies healing and shielding them for 3s.

Yemoja creates a water ring that Knocks Up everyone that enters it. Allies are pushed further and gain both Movement Speed and Protections for 3s. Enemies go a shorter distance and are Slowed. After entering a ring you are briefly locked out of entering another. Yemoja can place the ring at a maximum distance to reverse the direction.

River's Rebuke

Yemoja unleashes her full power creating two large walls of water that block enemy movement and projectiles. After a delay the river cascades down, damaging, trembling and slowing enemies.

Yemoja gains a buff to her Omi regeneration while she is in the river field that lingers briefly after she leaves it.

Ability Type: Area, Buff, Damage
Damage: 240 / 305 / 370 / 435 / 500 (+70% of your Magical Power)
Initial Slow: 60% decreasing by 20% each second
Slow Duration: 3s
Omi Regeneration: 1 extra every 2 seconds
Buff Duration: 4s after leaving the area
Range: 100
Cooldown: 140 / 135 / 130 / 125 / 120s

Summary

Yemoja is an interesting guardian. In a lot of ways she plays more like Aphrodite than your average guardian does. If you focus on your own teammates and keeping them alive with Mending Waters, shielding them with Lotus Crown and boosting their protections with Gauntlet of Thebes and other items, you can really start to feel like a true support. Her Moonstrike can help initiate fights, and River's Rebuke can straight up end them sometimes.

Her heal is NOT worth the investment in . Lack of enough mana to get her passive up and poor item choices such as (and Tahuti) IMO make this a bit of a hot mess.

Just gonna mention this build does nothing to enable her passive, which means she will be stuck with **** for Omi the whole game. I like your playstyle recommendations but Yemoja isn't really very strong right now. I am a guardian main with Diamonds ***ba, Khepri, Ganesh, Geb, and Terra and I don't think Yemoja currently has enough damage or defense to be viable.

I agree, especially after the nerfs she received before release:

I wouldn't build damage items like rod of tahuti on her, instead I'd go for more defense/aura items like sov and void stone/stone of binding. I'm also not fond of chronos pendant on supports because you can get CDR on items that also benefit your team.

I could be wrong but I don't think the intention for building rod of tahuti here had much to do with damage. Rod of tahuti gives a substantial amount of mp5, and the passive works on teammates. Combining it with rod of asclepius can work as a major utility benefit. However, I do agree that Chronos pendant is not an amazing choice.

Be that as it may, I think 3k gold for an item that's only situationaly good is not a good pickup. 's healing is so low that by the time you're able to afford rod, it won't make that much of a difference; you'll basically have to rush it for it to have any real effect and that just puts your build behind and you in danger due to no extra health/protections. I would only recommend rot on aggressive supports like , , and , among others, but not for a healer support like Yemoja.

Well I definitely wouldn't pick it up myself, but I feel as if extra heal was the intention of including it here, as opposed to it's damage. Personally I'm not fond of any damage items on her.

My point about it being situational was in regards to her healing, 20% scaling isn't enough to justify the cost to me, especially since the extra 25 power won't make that much of a difference. The only 2 damage items I would even consider are void stone and stone of binding. I really wish people would stop posting guides like this if they aren't willing to defend their choices.

Ya I can agree with you there, if anything I'm defending the option more than author, and even then I'm taking shots in the dark. No offence to any of these authors, but I have yet to see a Yemoja build that stands out.

Exactly. I've yet to see any of these authors defend their choices, which is why I'm picking them apart. I'd love to be proven wrong about my choices for this goddess, but I don't see that happening on any of these guides.
