Using mask's - solo lane Izanami

I understood the concept, but using something like Lono's to try to make a god work in a role is, at least in this case, a really bad decision.

Lono's is situationally viable, at lesat somewhat. It turns a typically squishy god into a significantly tankier one. But where this type of situation works best is in a Support role, where you care much less about damage, and instead focus more on the utility of the god in question. Ones where this has historically been used have been for Ne Zha (as you mentioned), and maybe Nox. Maybe others as well. But where these two example gods are semi-suited to a Support role due to their CC potential, Izanami doesn't have the CC, nor is she being targeted for a Support role.

Instead, this is being touted as a solo build. Handicapping her with a 20% damage reduction is going to really hurt her. If anything, you'd build a typically squishy god in a Solo role (e.g. specific mages like Chang'e or Aphrodite) with normal protections, not Lono's. You're going to hurt your ability to clear waves / objectives and keep up constant functional poke, which means you lose her only real contribution to her team, since she doesn't have CC to offer.

And when you build Lono's it's typically mid or later in a build, not as first protection item. There are other, more important items to get beforehand.

If we're going to then get into the rest of the build...Lono's is even worse. This build includes Devourer's Gauntlet, which is lifesteal. Lono's will hurt the lifesteal this provides. So the build is now working against ITSELF.

And at this point, I don't know why we're bothering with power at all. Shifter's Shield and The Executioner are both included here, and when you're hurting your damage potential with Lono's, you can easily consider a 20% reduction in the damage stats of these items. So you're paying full price to get 20% less power. That's really not smart. Lono's is best when you're relying fully on your CC, and you thus build protections and CDR to maintain your tank/utility function.

And finally, we finish up with Hide of the Urchin. While that's a good protection item, it's the last item...for an item that requires stacking to get full effect.

Even as I like when people think outside the box, this one is unfortunately not well thought out. The entire build is working against itself on a god that makes no sense with this build or role. No offense meant, but this build is a hot mess.
