Transendence is easily the best stacking item on Ullr considering how mana hungry he is up until late game. Deaths toll is probably the best starter for this build due to the high attack speed in this build.
Go back as soon as you can afford transendence, to start stacks asap. Asi starts our attack speed vamp as well as help keep us alive.
You don't need boots till your third item because you have your invigorate to get some move speed, warrior tabi over ninja as we have enough attack speed with our upcoming items.
Executioner mid game helps to take down the tanks and around here is where you really start to kick off as a carry.
Blood forge is fantastic for it's life steal and aura buff, this puts you at an amazing 65% attack speed bonus+35% lifesteal. Finally your rage will truly make you pack a punch and a half, this build goes super saiyan.
So usually the Ullr builds I've seen have leveled their 1 and 3 simultaneously ignoring their 2 until late game, this leads to mana hungry = dead ullr most of the time if you don't get fed.
This build focuses more around Ullr's Expose weakness/invigorate and building that to max first and utilizing the damage buff to get either fed early or to make most Gods think twice about coming into range of your autos.
Getting your Bladed arrow/thrown axe maxed second is very important for lane clear otherwise you just cannot get through a lane fast enough to get your stacks. I max my hail of arrows/ glorybound last because it's mainly for hitting that fleeing guy far away or engaging/running away.
Get your Wield axes/wield bow every level as the passives on it help you to become a monster faster

But it was a few patch ago.
Since this guide was released, yesterday, I found that surprising.
Or, maybe the XBox version still have that version of bluestone ?
This build is decent. It's functional, but not optimal.
You have 2 lifesteal items, which is good for boxing I guess.
If it is only for more sustain, then just switch to melee and attack minions, because Ullr has lifesteal already build-in his kit.
I'm still not sure about leveling Expose Weakness / Invigorate first, but that's your opinion.
let me know what you think of the update and if you think there should be any other changes, have only used this updated build a few times, it's my first one I've ever done and I'm trying to shy away from the meta (hence no deathbringer) and see if I can do something different that still does well.
Also Transcendence is WAY better for that, Ullr already has good passive attack speed, Hastened Fatalis isnt really necessary since he has a stun and a jump. And why not get Bladed Arrow and get odysseus's bow? its like youre making an excuse to get it. Instead you can get Deathbringer and replace the fatalis with Soul Eater.
Where did you get that ?
