First Item

• Use Book of Thoth for high mana, basic attack and skill damage.
• Use Warlock's Staff for greater skill penetration against tanks, but sacrifices around 8-10% of basic attack damage.

• Use Divine Ruin instead of Doom Orb if the enemy is healing a lot.
• Use Obsidian Shard instead of Charon's Coin if you want more penetration.
• Use Spear of the Magus instead of Doom Orb if you want more penetration.
  (Can replace Spear of Desolation in Late Game or if you have Divine Ruin instead of Doom Orb)
• Use Soul Gem instead of Staff of Myrddin to get some sustain.
• Use Soul Reaver instead of Staff of Myrddin for more damage on tanks.
• Use Abyssal Stone instead of Doom Orb or Charon's Coin if you need some defense.

Notes

• Temporal Beads is a practically mandatory relic.
• Aegis of Judgement will depend on how much they're focusing on you.
• Entangling Wings is a good option depending on what items you've built.
• Phantom Shell may seem silly, but I've suffered so much with walls that sometimes I buy haha.
