Swap Gem of Iso for Estaff

Looking at your build it can see some major improvements.

let's start of with the overcap on cdr the moment you grab Chronos' Pendant. Most times you want cdr having ~30% is enough especially if you include power potion to hit the cap late game. This can easily be fixed by changing focus for Shoes of the Magi to remove the 10% overcap when you get Chronos' Pendant. Or you could opt to switch Spear of Desolation for Divine Ruin in case your team needs anti heal.

the second problem is a low amount of pen mostly % pen. the 10% of soul reaver is not going to be enough and is built very late. the late can be fixed by pushing soul reaver forward to the gem of iso slot. this leaves us with the low amount so we're going to need to swap an item. The best item to swap is going to be Gem of Isolation. Argus, the Defender only procs it on the initial cast and the duration is to low. Therefore, it is the item you want to swap for a big pen item like Charon's Coin (preffered) or Obsidian Shard.

Lastly assuming it is conquest you're better of maxing your Royal Assault for waveclear. Needing to waste Polymorph on the wave makes her more vulnerable.
