You can go divine ruin if the enemy has healing, but I then I'd recommend getting chronos earlier to get those cooldowns! gotta spam those combos out people!

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. - You're overcapping CDR based on having Pendulum (20%), Deso (10%), and Chronos (20%). Hard general cap is 40% unless you pick up
Sphinx's Baubles, which you didn't, but which also provides 10% CDR and so you'd still want to drop one of the other CDR items.
Conduit Gem (upgraded to 
Gem of Focus later) as your starter.

Nox, where's your % pen??? Answer: it's not there. You should have either 
Obsidian Shard or 
Charon's Coin in your build.
Nox isn't a god I would typically recommend to use 
Polynomicon. If you want lifesteal, you can consider 
Pythagorem's Piece or Spear of the Magi maybe, but I think right now these are typically not suggested. Note that if you pick up Charon's as mentioned above, it will provide you with some health sustain. If you want more survivability, consider picking up 
Ethereal Staff. 
Divine Ruin should also at least be an option if you need anti-heal.
Until your build fixes these oversights, it's unfortunately not recommended to follow this build right now.Typically when you get Pendulum, you don't pick up Chronos but Deso is fine. If you like Chronos, you might want to consider
