Bluestone Pendant Is the main starter in any ability based adc. It will proc 4 damage ticks for each ability.
Multi Potion For mana sustain until the first back. They are better than normal mana potions as they also provide health.
Purification Beads is usually the best option as we can easily avoid damage with Backflip. Can be switched for Aegis Amulet if prefered.
Golden Shard is the best option as it will help clean the waves and buffs faster.
Bluestone Brooch gives a lot of damage with your abilities making your ultimate World Weaver much more impactful and way easier to finish escaping enemies with it.
MUST be upgraded as soon as you reach lvl 20, usually after finishing The Crusher.
Transcendence is a must for ability based ADCs. Gives a lot of damage and easy mana sustain.
Jotunn's Wrath gives you 20% CDR, as well as power, mana and penetration.
Can be upgraded to any of the glyphs.
Usually Jotunn's Cunning if you are dominating the game with no issues to survive, to be able to spam more abilities. Otherwise, Jotunn's Vigor for the additional ability lifesteal and mov speed.
Fail-Not is the best item for most ADCs. Will help reach the 40% cap CDR as well as, power, critical chance and penetration.
The Crusher to increase even further the damage we deal with our abilities and some attack speed that we really lack.
Heartseeker is really helpful against tanks as abilities will deal additional damage based on a percent of their max HP.
Switch with Sphinx's Baubles against comps without tanks to reach that sweet 50% CDR and spam ults every 45 seconds.
Neith is an ability based ADC. This build aims to get the maximum CDR (cooldown reduction) and to increase the damage we deal with each ability rather than our basic attacks.
Our first objective is to finish Transcendence as soon as possible to start building stacks. We will need 1900 gold, so try to stay in lane farming and back as soon as you get it. Ideally this should be your first back.
If you are forced to back earlier, buy the next upgrade if possible.
As soon as you back and after upgrading your items you have 300 gold left, buy Chalice of Healing (you can sell any potion you have left to reach the 300). This will save you a lot of money throughout the game, providing you with constant healing potions and an advantage against the enemy ADC if he does not buy it.
Once you have adquired your Chalice of Healing, you should try to always have at least one Ward in your inventory. It is crucial to ward your jungle (between purple buff and portal) to see in advance any enemy jungle gank.
Once you are close to level 20, you should have already built The Crusher or almost finishing it. At this point, you should try to farm quick, where possible (lane minions or jungle buffs) to reach level 20 and get 1500 gold. Then back immediately and upgrade Bluestone Brooch.
Even if you have not finished The Crusher, the bluestone upgrade will provide you a better damage increase.
The main source of damage of this build are our abilities. Specially the ultimate ability World Weaver is the most useful ability of her kit.
We want to be using it each time its cooldown finishes. Mostly to help other lanes in early game.
The passive Broken Weave will leave a small circle in the ground where enemy gods die or when using her tirhd ability Backflip. Those will last for 2 minutes and sinergy with her first and second ability.
Spirit Arrow is our more frequent damage source. It has more range than our basic attacks and will also root enemies (keep in mind they can still use abilities and attack).
Really powerful when shooting a Broken Weave as it will explode and apply the same damage and root as the arrow in an area around.
It can be used to clean faster the minion wave or to root enemy gods who become to confident and move to close to it.
(An enemy will receive double damage if directly hit by the arrow and the explosion)
Unravel is an area that after some time will deal damage and heal yourself for each enemy hit up to 3. The enemies hit will have reduced attack speed and if hitting an enemy god, it will give you an attack speed increase.
Any Broken Weave in the area will be removed and you will be healed an additional amount.
Pretty simple to use and easy to hit. Try to hit always at least 3 enemies to ensure maximum sustain.
Backflip works like a backwards dash that provides immunity to any damage or CC applied DURING the backflip. Important to not that CC applied before such as Ares ult or damage with auto aim like tower projectiles or Nu Wa ult, cannot be avoided.
It will also deal damage in a cone in front of her, slow enemies and create a Broken Weave on the start location.
A good strategy to clean wave minions is to push forward, use backflip, then immediately use Spirit Arrow, hitting all enemies and the Broken Weave to make it explode.
World Weaver is a global attack, where you charge, aim to an enemy god and shot it. It will travel straight to it and will always hit. However, it will be shown to the enemy as well as the direction it comes from, so it can be body blocked by another enemy. It can also be prevented with Aegis.
This ability is really powerful and must be spammed as much as possible. There are usually 3 scenarios when it is used.
1- When an enemy is trying to espace with low health.
2- To help with a gank on a lane to root the enemy and allow your allies to kill him.
3- When an ally is trying to escape low health to root his chaser.
Shooting your ult to other lanes and getting assists will be a huge boost versus the enemy ADC and will push you forward in gold and xp.
At late game, you can easily take half HP of a squishy (god with low max health), so it can be used to peel before starting a team fight or to finish it once they are escaping.
If you build Heartseeker, you will deal tons of damage to the enemy tank. But if you go for Sphinx's Baubles, you will constantly have abilities to peel during teamfights.
Once you have upgraded to Blueston Brooch, you can easily kill any god with your 2nd or 3rd ability if they are low, so don't hesitate to use it even if it takes you away from them.

Absolutely agree that the order of those two can be switched based on personal preferences
It's almost double damage increase, although we are talking about 45 damage, which is not much.
Now if we talk about basics, there's a lot of maths involved here (I have made the calculations, but won't add them here).
In short we have the potential to deal an additional 190 damage every 5 seconds thanks to the attack speed. Or even more due to the 35% crit percent after ulting.
It's hard to calculate the damage increase as you may miss some basics and depends a lot on the playstyle of each individual.
I would say that everyone should test it on their own and decide which is better.
At the stage of the game we are talking about I usually prefer the attack speed increase as it turns into more damage and advantage when 1vs1 ing the enemy ADC.
