Toxic Blade probably shouldn't be used in a crit build. It has 0 power, and crits multiply off of base damage, so you typically want power in all of your items. You might consider Toxic in a non-crit build, in place of an item like O-Bow, but Iza's typically best with crit.
There are actually a few builds you could do that should work pretty well. I'm just suggesting one that covers all the general needs.
Per above, we're trying to get a minimum of 2 crit items (including DB) to hit 50% crit chance or higher, incorporate a major pen item (either Dominance or The Executioner, and it's important to build in an appropriate order that makes sense.
While Death's Toll does provide a measure of health and mana sustain, having that early lifesteal is typical for an ADC build. You'll usually see Devourer's Gauntlet or Asi built first for hunters, while Telkhines Ring is a standard first item for mage ADCs. Thus, suggesting Asi first.
After Asi, it's sort of your choice what you want to go for...whether Dominance, The Executioner, or Demon Blade. The first 2 give you that early pen function (with Dom being particularly useful for early lane pressure and quicker tower destruction, and also providing some nice MP5). If you prefer though, going for an earlier crit item should also be acceptable.
So, 2nd main item, let's say Dom or Demon. Your 3rd item would usually be the other of these. Your 4th would be DB, and round it off with Silver, since Iza's steroid is strong and she can get a good damage boost from overcapping AS.
Now, while you can go for Death's Embrace as your upgrade (and you'll get some crazy health sustain especially clearing minion waves in-between god fights), I would strongly suggest going for Death's Temper. Temper has added AS whereas Embrace does not, which, combined with your other AS items, her steroid, and the Silver passive, should give you a solid DPS boost.
