Notes (Read Please)

I am putting up this build simply for the reason that it has worked for me many times. If you find something wrong with this or dislike it then good for you; however, I am putting this out there to help anyone willing to try this build out or for those who don't know how to do this and don't know how to approach it. This is my build for Fenrir Support and I hope it will become yours too

All helpful tips are greatly appreciated and will be consulted and tested in Ranked/Casual Games.

This is a Work In Progress and will be updated frequently!

The Kill Lane

Early Game with the new buff to BlueStone Pendent Fenrir's lane is a kill lane. It is not uncommon for you to get a kill within the first minute of being in lane as Fenrir. Just remember to build up your passive, Leap and stun, brutalize and run back if they aren't just barely hanging onto their life lol.

Remember that Fenrir is still a very Frail god early game and being caught out of lane can result in a quick death; however, besides this Fenrir is killing machine early game!

Finishes

Defensive Finish:
-Taking a lot of damage?
-Not Killing people anymore?
-Wanna tank towers/objectives?

Bruiser Finish:
-Only getting 1 kill every 5-ish minutes?
-Dying a lot?
-Not dealing enough damage?
Wanna Semi-tank towers?

Damage Finish:
-Wanna kill people?
-Wanna kill a lot of people?!
-WANNA KILL THEM ALL?!
-Wanna die very easily and not be able to protect you ADC? xD

Skills

Fenrir duty's in lane are pretty easy to do. Hit the minions 5 times to stack your passive, this makes your leap stun all who are hit by it, Leap to stun the ADC or support then Brutalize them with your 3. Level up you Brutalize first then your Leap get hit for crazy damage in this combo. This is an easy way to slowly bleed them dry until they need to recall for health and go back. So just keep do that
1.) Stack Passive
2.) Leap for stun
3.) Brutalize Stunned Target
4.) Run back before getting punished
5.) Repeat

Team Work

So as said above keep doing your basic stun and brutalize. In Team fights remember to pop your Creeping Curse this will make a huge difference in a team fight. Also as Fenrir it can be very easy to steal kills from you ADC with his 3 ability so try to avoid using it unless it is absolutely necessary to get a kill that you know your ADC can not get. Also, use your ult (4) to pick up enemies and put/hold them in you teammates ults (Ex. Hou Yi, Ah Puch, Zuez, Ymir, isis, Hades, ect.)

Be a support willing to give a kill to his team rather than for himself!

Pros / Cons

Pros
-Very high damage
-Decent CC
-Good at peeling enemies off of Team
-Good at following up team's ults
-Shell for Team

Cons
-Fenrir is super weak early game Aggression is his worst enemy which is odd considering it is crucial for him to be very aggressive.
-Falls apart to Aggressive Supports (Ares, Ymir)

Xbal is actually a free kill if you play Fenrir support.

Um. I'm not sure if you know how Fenrir support as it's played right now actually works. Fenrir is not weak early game, and he certainly doesn't need Shell to keep him alive. As soon as you hit level 2, you put a point in Unchained, leap, stun the ADC, and kill him immediately. It's a murder lane to try to get your ADC an advantage. Xbalanque is actually a counter pick to Fenrir support, since when you ult, he has CC immunity on a 15 second cooldown. He's not good at following up ults, he's good at setting them up. He doesn't lose to aggressive supports, he kills them (although he does lose hard to Ares, since Shackles cripples both of his damaging abilities). As a support, you don't even want to put a point in Seething Howl; you don't need the lifesteal. Additionally, Fenrir's mobility makes up for his relative squishiness. In addition, Bluestone Pendant is awful. Like, really bad. Mark of the Vanguard will help you stay alive in fights and give you better stats than Bluestone Pendant ever did. In the new mid camps meta, Rage of the Gods is necessary at level 1 to contest or secure mid camps, so you won't be able to buy Shell anyway. Supports fall behind very easily in this meta, so you need Talaria Boots before any other items. Then, in my opinion, you should buy Sovereignty, Runeforged Hammer, Hide of the Urchin, then two other items. Boots are crucial to keeping you in the game, especially when your abilities do so much damage. All in all, this guide needs some rethinking, and you should DEFINITELY be maxing out Unchained before Seething Howl, no matter what role you're putting Fenrir in. Its base damage is too good.
