Also, Aphrodite's soul mate gains 50% of her MP5 and 10% of her Physical and Magical Protections.

If an enemy would be hit by both blasts, they will only be affected by the one originating from Aphrodite.

Don't start with Magic Shoes. I'd recommend picking up Specialist's Blessing and a T1 of other item, like Lost Artifact, Imperial Helmet or even Shoes.

Don't get Cursed Ankh unless the enemy team has healers, otherwise you're wasting a relic slot. Also, don't get Meditation Cloak, it's a weak relic. Instead, get Heavenly Wings and Magic Shell.

If you're going to build Chronos' Pendant, I recommend doing it first item. Lotus Crown, Rod of Asclepius and Gem of Isolation are great item choices. Just like Ankh, just get Divine Ruin if they have healers. I recommend Spear of the Magus instead.

So, in order:
Specialist's Blessing > Shoes of Focus > Chronos' Pendant > Rod of Asclepius > Lotus Crown > Spear of the Magus > sell blessing for Gem of Isolation.

Or you can not waste gold on specialists blessing and instead start Magic Shoes + Lost Artifact to rush boots and contribute some cost to Chronos' early.

Starting with Magic Shoes is fine in arena. Personally I recommend pairing it with Lost Artifact though, so Magic Shoes and Lost Artifact, then finish boots and go with the general build that Vini suggested. With this start you can rush Shoes of Focus, and lower the cost for your Chronos' Pendant.

Also you need to give an example build otherwise this gets archived. You've only listed item choices but should give at least 1 example build.
