So I just got done finishing To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, and I have determined it is my favorite book. The plot is very interesting and the characters are so well developed. Though I have to say my favorite book series is the Circle of Magic/the Circle Opens series by Tamora Peirce. They are a collection 4 books per series, about 4 separate kids that have magical abilities but they are only connected to certain objects or methods. Then in the Circle Opens, they all get disciples.

Probably seems a little egotistical, but either The Iliad or Dante's Inferno. Both are just interesting very well written.

In recent text, however, I'd suppose Spellfire by Ed Greenwood.

To be honest, I don't read much anymore. The last time I actively read was around Year 7 or 8, so my favourite books aren't all too advanced. I mean, they were very advanced for year 7, but maybe not an adult. We're looking about Year 10 or 11.

I really enjoyed World War II books, the main one being "The Book Thief" by Marcus Zusak. This was an incredibly unique book. told from the perspective of Death himself on the life of a young girl.

Another one, also set in World War II was "The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas" by John Boyne. This is a very simple book, very simple vocabulary, but you can tell that it is actually directed to a more mature audience. This book actually made me tear a bit, and I believe this was my year 7 English teacher's favourite book.

I also enjoyed another book called "The Cay" by Theodore Taylor for more sentimental reasons, around the primary school days. In Year 4, my teacher, a fantastic teacher mind you, would read this with many accents, really putting this book to life. From my primary school days, this is the only book I actually remember being read to us, so that's why I assume I must've loved it.

Harry Potter. Doesn't get old.

I also loved TKAM.

The Last Juror by Grisham is alright.

I'm not that much for books.

But there is one book that read not to long ago and I absolutely love.
It is in Swedish (my secret is out I'm from Sweden!) and I don't think it has been translated to English, but it is HILARIOUS. Defiantly the funniest book I have ever read, even puts some of my favorite comedy movies/series to shame.

It's called:
Hundraåringen som klev ut genom fönstret och försvann

Which is roughly translated to

The hundred year old man that stepped out of the window and disappeared
