I think Chansey would be more of a Support/MR tank. I'd like to see it based a bit on it's stats in game.
Also, Blastoise could be a tank specialising in knockbacks.
Accelgor could be a magical assassin specialising in getting in fights and quickly porting out, but instead sacrifice Defenses.
Quagsire (Best Pokémon Ever) Could be a tank that will also want some spell penetration.
Bisharp could be a Bruiser specialising in DoT effects.
I can imagine Parasect being a Spell Vamp AP Bruiser that uses spore and minion controlling.
Heracross will most likely be a bruiser with little to none poke but an amazing duelist (Think Rengar or Darius for LoL or Fenrir in Smite)
Audino would be a basic support.
Rotom would be a stunbot mage.
Arcanine would be a mobile bruiser (I'm imagining something like Riven from LoL)
Breloom (Now most noted for it's extremely strong bullet seed) could be an ADC like Bruiser (Thinking Urgot).
Jolteon would be a mobile ADC.
I'm imagining Conkeldurr to be something like Earthshaker from DotA 2, a terrain creating bruiser/ roamer.
I expect Hitmonchan to be a tanky bruiser that has many gap closers.
I'm expecting Electrode to be a mobile disruptor (Rammus from LoL).
P. Training-Every time he splashes, he gains 1.0 health, 0.5 defence, 2.5 attack power, 1.5 mana and 1.5 speed permanent stacks(up to 2000 stacks). Will increase stacks by 2 every time he dies.
1.Splash-Flops Magikarp onto his other side, making him face the other way. Temporarily increasing his evasiveness for 25% for 2/2.2/2.4/2.6/2.8 seconds. Mana consumption =10/20/30/40/50 Cooldown=5/7/9/11/13
2.Tackle(physical)-Charges in a straight line, causing 10/20/30/40/50 physical damage(+100% attack power) to the first god encountered. Will stun for 1 seconded. Mana consumption=50/60/70/80/90 Cool down=2/3/4/5/6
3.Flail(physical)-leaps onto the opponent doing damage according to his health decrease (health decrease+130% attack power)Mana consumption=80/90/100/110/120 Cool down=3/4/5/6/7
4.Evolve-Magikarp will evolve into a raging Gyarados, increasing health, defence, speed and mana by 60/70/80/90/100%, attack damage increase by 130/140/150/160/170% and increase critical chance every hit(will bot stack with rage) for 20/30/40/50/60 seconds. Mana consumption=100/110/120/130/140 Cooldown= 50/75/100/125/150
Yeah, Chansey would go tanky(Hp wise) and be support. Ok, Lets think of some abilities and stuff for a Pokemon guys! :)

PASSIIVE:Speed Boost-Movement Spd buff is applied if Ninjask's abilities hits an enemy,each enemy hit applies a spd buff for Ninjask for 8-10 sec, stack max:6
FURY CUTTER: Each hit does more damage and higher with each consectuvive hit on a specific target. When activated, you have a stack of 10 that goes down for each hit made. At 0, the ability is over.
BUG BITE: Does damage and if the enemy Pokemon is holding any healing items, u consume them and gain the heal(more healing based on the amount of speed boost stacks, which get reset to 0, if no consumable, speed boosts apply extra damage)
AGILITY: Gain 2 stacks of speed boost for each hit and can have a max of 10 speed boost stacks.
ULTIMATE:SHED IT OFF-Ninjask is motionless for 2 sec and gains ? defense during the 2 sec> after 2 sec, Ninjask sheds and Shedinja is born! Shedinja's stats are based off a percent of Ninjask's. Shedinja will aid Ninjask in battle and is immune to 5-10 hits. If Shedinja faints, Ninjask will gain 6 stacks of speed boost.

I think speed boost would be more of something like Sun Wukong's passive or MF's Strut

Why copy when u got something original? Ninjask would act like a good chaser cause if can't kill them with abilities, u have speed boost to chase em down, or have enough spd to hit and run.
