Hi! Long time no see.

Has someone watched Tsukimonogatari yet? What do you think?

I haven't finished any of the monogatari's, but they're generally all ranked highly so I should get on that. I have put Bakemonogatari on my to-watch list (I've seen the first few episodes but it's been a while, so I'm just going to start over).

Anyways, I have a new favorite anime! Barakamon was short, sweet, funny, and entertaining. The main character was a bit annoying at times but he showed great development without turning into a different person. The children were also voiced by real children instead of adults trying to imitate children's voices, which really helped make it feel genuine.

It's only twelve episodes, so I definitely recommend giving it a watch.


All right, so with Barakamon down I officially have four animes that I've ranked a 10 (though if Avatar counted at myanimelist it would be there too): Lovely Complex, Steins;Gate, Kill la Kill, and Barakamon. I'm still debating on whether or not Parasyte will be a 9 or a 10. It'll come down to how well they adapt the -spoiler- chapter where Shinichi looses Migi to the chapter that he gets him back. -spoiler- I don't really see how they could do much with the ending, though, it's kind of just what it is.
