SMITEFire Build Frenzy - Ah Puch, Bakasura and Odin!

Hello everyone and welcome to a new type of community event dedicated to creating and discussing builds! 😊

Mastering your favourite Gods and their kits is an important part of winning, but so is knowing what builds to go for. Everyone has a comfort go-to build they enjoy using, but in order to win, we must adapt and change our builds to deal with the situation at hand and to counter the enemy Gods.

Comfort builds are very popular especially among new players and that's where our builds come in. By creating builds and improving them through discussion and theory crafting, we can help both new and familiar players alike understand the importance of adapting your build and teach them to build their Gods better.

Helping each other improve is a crucial step in growing the SMITE community and our knowledge can make a significant difference!

Build Frenzy - Ah Puch, Bakasura and Odin! The community event will be split in 2 phases and each phase will last for a week. The first phase will be creating builds and the second will be providing feedback and tweaking the builds based on the feedback received. The Gods we will be creating and discussing builds for this frenzy are Ah Puch, Bakasura and Odin. If you're not a fan of sharing builds or you're simply only looking for new things to learn, feel free to lurk around or ask any questions on our forums or in our Discord server. Our friendly community is always happy to chat and help! All activity will be taking place in the #strategy-builds channel on our Discord server!

Phase 1 - Create Builds! It only takes 10 minutes to share a proper build and help other players. The main focus will be on the following: Starting Items - show us what items to build when the match begins Core Items - tell us which items are a must in any build Situational Items - pick 3 to 5 items that are good in specific situations and explain when to build them Full Build Example - players might be looking for a quick build to follow, pick a build that's generally strong Relics - teach us which relics are ideal and when we should consider changing them up Skill Order - show us what abilities to max first by filling the skill order These are the main things players are looking for when searching for a build. You can add multiple builds and skill orders that players can go through to pick their preferred one. Feel free to also add notes where you feel more information could help! Builds will be created and shared in the first week of the frenzy (Monday, 31st May - Sunday, 6th June). Share Builds Now!

Phase 2 - Provide Feedback & Tweak Your Builds! Both authors and readers should check out the new builds and share their thoughts to generate discussion and ultimately figure out the best builds. Don't forget that you can also vote on builds to tell the authors that the builds are working well or that they could use some adjustments! You can provide or ask for feedback in the following way: Join our Discord server and link your builds in the #strategy-builds channel Community members will provide feedback via the #strategy-builds channel or by posting a comment on your build Discuss the feedback received and tweak your build accordingly. Working together generates the best builds! Feedback will be provided and builds tweaked in the second week of the frenzy (Monday, 7th June - Sunday, 13th June). Join Discord Now!

Thank You Gifts! We would like to give out a little thank you gift to the community members that shared builds and helped authors improve their builds, so we're going to be gifting an Awesome Chest to 3 members and a friend of their choice in the following way: Our Favorite Build - the admins will pick their favorite build based on the focuses listed below Our Favorite Comment - the admins will pick their favorite comment that helped an author improve their build Lucky Voter - a random member who voted on the Ah Puch, Bakasura and Odin builds created during the frenzy will be picked Awesome Chest (400 Gems): Highest tier gift with over 200 exclusive skins. Opening an Awesome Chest will grant one random exclusive skin. All the skins from the Awesome Chest can be found in-game at Store -> Gifting -> Awesome Skin chest.

Fine Print You must have a SMITEFire account to create builds. Don't have an account? You can create one here. Create builds during the frenzy for Ah Puch, Bakasura or Odin. You can create one for each of them! Builds for any game mode are allowed. Check out builds shared by other authors and provide feedback. Work together to improve your builds! Cast votes fairly on Ah Puch, Bakasura and Odin builds and help authors that could adjust their builds for the better. Share your builds in the #strategy-builds channel on our Discord server for feedback. Builds will be created and shared in the first week of the frenzy (Monday, 31st May - Sunday, 6th June). Feedback will be provided and builds tweaked in the second week of the frenzy (Monday, 7th June - Sunday, 13th June). The lucky members will be picked next week and will receive an Awesome Chest for themselves and one for their friends.
