I cannot play nemesis then until i learn how to jungle (when i found someone to teach me :D).

Another thing is that jungling isn´t that useful in the "beginners league", since the other players don´t care about jungle buffs.

you can pick them up yourself then and clear camps for exp. Having a jungler will put you on an edge if the other team isnt jungling and your solo can 1v2
I´m focusing on getting the best rotation possible for every situation figured out, so i won´t have as many problems adjusting to the flow of the game. Which is more important? The buffs o the EXP camps?
It depends over which camps your talking as the mid camps could be considered more important than buff camps. As getting those can put you ahead.
However the other Exp camps are less important. some are for your allies to clear (the ones in duo normally go to the adc and support because shared exp). And when stealign camps buffs are always the best as they give more exp too (however take longer too)
